Հալեպում սննդամթերքի սղություն չկա, վիճակը հանդարտ է, գրանցվում են ամուսնություններ, ծնունդներ

Հալեպում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կրակոցների ձայներ են լսվում, սակայն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, քաղաքը հանդարտ է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Հալեպի ազգային առաջնորդարանի մամուլի խոսնակ Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը:
«Հալեպը սովորական աշխատանքային վիճակում է: Առայժմ, կենցաղային դժվարություններ կան: Էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ջրի հետ կապված խնդիրներ, որոնք իրենց լուծումները դեռ չեն գտել: Ինչպես գիտեք, ամիսներ շարունակ Հալեպում հոսանք չկա, սակայն ժողովուդը այլ լուծումներ է գտել: Կան անձինք, ովքեր հսկա էլեկտրական սարքավորումներով հոսանք են վաճառում բնակիչներին, իհարկե, այն շատ թանկ արժե: Նույն վիճակն էլ ջրի պարագայում է: Կան հաստատութուներ, կազմակերպություններ, որոնք պետական արտոնությամբ հորեր են փորել և այդտեղից դուրս բերված ջուրը բնակիչներին են վա ճառում: Երբեմն 80 կամ 100 մետր խորությամբ հորերից ջուր է դուրս բերվում: Դա բնակչությունը հիմնականում օգտագործում է կենցաղային կարիքնրը հոգալու համար, իսկ խմելու ջուրն առանձին ենք գնում, որը նույնպես թանկ արժե: Այժմ Հալեպում կտեսնեք բազմաթիվ մարդկանց, ովքեր դույլերով, տակառներով ջուր են տանում, և դա մեզ համար սովորական է դարձել»,-ասաց Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, նախորդ օրերին Հալեպի մուտքի միակ ճանապարհը ենթարկվել էր հարձակումների և միայն վերջին երկու օրն է, որ որոշակի երթևեկություն է իրականացվում: Ըստ նրա` Հալեպի միակ մուտքի ճանապահը բացվել է, բայց այն ռմբահարումների պատճառով ավելի վատ վիճակում է հայտնվել:
«Հալեպի շրջափակման ժամանակ շուկան որոշակի խեղճացավ, բայց սննդամթերքի սղություն չկա: Թանկ էին, բայց անհրաժեշտ սննդամթերք կար: Քանի որ ճանապարհը բացվել է, հետևաբար այսօր սպասում ենք, որ վառելանյութ կմտնի Հալեպ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ժողովուրդը սննդամթերքից կտրված չէ, հացի խնդիր չկա, փուռերն աշխատում են, հիմնականում կենցաղային դժվարություններ են: Չնայած բոլոր դժվարություններին, մարդիկ ցանկացած դեպքում լուծումներ են գտնում: Կյանքը շարունակվում է, ամեն տանը ճրագ է վառվում, շարունակվում են ամուսնությունները, երեխաների ծնունդները, մկր տությունները»,-հավելեց Ժիրայր Ռեիսյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ Առողջապահության նախարարության ծրագրով երեխաների շրջանում պատվաստումներ են իրականացվում:
Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցման մասին համաձայնությունն ուժի մեջ է մտել փետրվարի 27-ին` կեսգիշերին: Կրակի դադարեցման հարցի շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ԱՄՆ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև: Այն չի վերաբերում ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներ` «Իսլամական պետութանը» և «Ջաբհաթ ալ Նուսրա»-ին:
