Գողական ռոմանտիկան, կամ ինչու է մեր հասարակությունը հիմարություն անում՝ այդքան հիանալով օրենքով գողերով

Ոմն գող Վզգո է զառամյալ տարիքում կնքել իր մահկանացուն։ Այս մասին իմացա, երբ երկրիս ամենախոշոր լրատվական մտա առավոտյան ու տեսա այս «հույժ կարևոր» լուրը՝ գլխավոր իրադարձությունների մասում։ Ու սա մի մեծ խայտառակություն է, որով ախտահարված է մեր ողջ լրատվական դաշտը։
Նկատե՞լ եք, որ գողականների վերաբերյալ գրեթե ամեն նյութ, հայտնվում է լրահոսի կիզակետում ու առանձնակի ջերմությամբ է ընկալվում լսարանի մի ստվար զանգվածի կողմից, իսկ լրատվականներն էլ պատրաստակամությամբ սնուցում են այդ պարզամիտների գողական ռոմանտիկան և հագուրդ են տալիս նրանց ցածր մակարդակի պահանջմունքներին։
Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, մենք ապրում ենք 21-րդ դարում, երբ գրեթե յուրաքանչյուրին հասանելի է ինտերնետ ու անսահմանափակ գիտելիքներ, երբ գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր ոք, ունի օրվա հաց վաստակելու խնդիր ու փորձում է անել դա արդար քրտինքով։ Այդ ո՞նց է ստացվում, որ մեր մարդիկ չեն կարողանում դուրս գալ գողական ռոմանտիզմի սին արժեքների ու իդեալների տակից։
Ովքե՞ր են օրենքով գողերը։ Օրենքով գողերը հետխորհրդային տարածքի քրեական աշխարհի հիերարխիայի գագաթն են, կազմակերպված հանցավորության շղթաների վերին օղակը կազմող կաստա են։ Ի՞նչ իդեալներ ունեն օրենքով գողերը։ Օրենքով գողի դավանած իդեալները ոչ մի աղերս չունեն իրեն հարգող արդար մարդու ու քաղաքացու իդեալների հետ, որովհետև քարոզում են պորտաբուծություն ու վնասարարություն։ Օրենքով գողը չպետք է աշխատի ու չպետք է հօգուտ պետության ինչ որ բան անի։ Օրենքով գողը գոյատևում է ապօրինի եղանակով գոյացած եկամուտների հաշվին ու խրախուսում է հանցավորությունը, իսկ պետություն ինստիտուտն ընկալվում է որպես բացարձակ թշնամի։ Որտե՞ղ տեսաք այստեղ ինչ որ Ռոբին Հուդին հարիր կենսակերպի նշույլ անգամ, որ մի բան էլ հիանում եք։
Ասեմ ավելին, եթե օրենքով գողը հին իդեալներին հավատարիմ էլ չէ (ինչը սովորական բան է), ապա նա էլի գոյյատևում է հանցավոր միջոցներով գոյացած եկամուտներով ու սպասարկում է հետխորհրադային տարածքում գործող կոռումապցված քաղաքական վերնախավի շահերը ու հաճախ էլ մտնում է այդ վերնախավի մեջ։ Ասեմ ավելին, եթե երկար տարիներ կալանավայրերում է անցկացրել․․․ ինչպե՞ս եք վերաբերվում երևույթին, երբ տղամարդը՝ տղամարդու հետ սեքսով է զբաղվում։ Գիտականորեն սա կոչվում է հոմոսեքսուալիզմ, իսկ քրեական աշխարհում դա կոչվում է նորմալ բան․․․
Մի խոսքով, սա միայն այն քիչ մասն է այն բոլոր արատավոր կողմերի, որոնք ի սկզբանե հիմարություն են դարձնում օրենքով գողերի ու գողականների պաշտանմունքը։ Մնում է միայն տարակուսել, թե ինչո՞ւ այս բաները չեն հասկանում հասարակ մարդիկ ու լրագրողները․․
