Գազպրոմ Արմենիայում վաղուց է հասունացել անկախ արտաքին աուդիտի պահը

Վազգեն Ղազարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կարդում եմ, որ պարզվում է, որ Գյյումրու գողական դեպուտատ Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը իր 500 քառակոււս մետրանոց ապարանքը ջեռուցելու համար վճարում է ամսական 45-60 հազար դրամ գազի վճար․․․ Տաօրինակ է, որովհետև ես իմ երկու սենյականոց բնակարանն եմ մի կերպ կարողանում այդքանով ջեռուցել ձմռանը․․․
Մի ուշագրավ փաստ էլ էր գրված․ պարզվում է, որ Մարտունի զարմիկի՝ Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի Շիրակի մասնաճյուղի ներտնային ծառայության ղեկավար Ռուստամ Գրիգորյանի հայրական տունը հունվարին 9000 դրամի գազ է սպառել միայն․․․
Ի՜նչ հետաքրքիր է չէ։ Ընդ որում, հետաքրքիրն այստեղ Գրիգորյանների կլանի ժուլիկությունները չեն զուտ։ Իրականում, նրանց օրինակով կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե ինչ բառդակ է տիրում Գազպրոմ Արմենիայում ու վերջապես պատկերացում կազմել, թե այդ ոնց է ստացվում, որ սահմանի վրա ստացած գազի գինը գրեթե երկու անգամ ավելի ցածր է՝ բնակարաններ մտնող գազի սակագնից։
Գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկն էլ կայանում է նրանում, որ Գազպրոմում որոշել են, որ գնագոյացման վրա ազդում են տարբեր գործոններ, այդ թվում նաև գազի կորուստներ ու քանի որ խոսքը Գազպրոմի մասին է, որտեղ անգամ հավաքարարներն են մի քանի հազար դոլարանոց պայուսակներ գնում, ապա զարմանալի չէ, որ դրա տարբեր մասնաճյուղերի ու տարբեր կալիբրի ներկայացուցիչներ իրենց մասով են թալան անում և օգտվելով իրենց լիազորություններից ու կորպորատիվ բլատից, չեն վճարում գազի դիմաց ու իրենց հարազատներին էլ են ասում որ չվճարեն, իսկ այդ չվճարված տարբերությունը ձևակերպվում է որպես կորուստ ու արդյունքում նրանց ցափ ու շվայտ կյանքի համար վճարում են բոլոր այն քաղաքացիները, ում բախտ չի վիճակվել գազպրոմում լինել, կամ էլ բարեկամ ունենալ այնտեղ։
Կարծում եմ, որ ՀՀ Կառավարությունը պետք է անկախ աուդիտորական խումբ հրավիրի ու Գազպրոմ Արմենիան ոտքից գլուխ թափ տար՝ պարզելու համար, թե որքան լևի փող են աշխատում այստեղ Միլլերն ու իր հայազգի բաշիբոզուկները։
