89 մլն դոլարի արտահանում 2016 թվականի հունվարին

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ անցյալ տարի արձանագրվել էր արտահանման նվազում, սակայն այս տարի, ինչպես երևում է, տարվա մեկնարկը խոստումնալից է: Հունվարին հիշյալ ոլորտի աճը կազմել է 5,6 տոկոս։։
2016-ի առաջին ամսում Հայաստանից դուրս է տարվել ավելի քան 89 մլն դոլարի ապրանք։ Գրանցված արդյունքների շնորհիվ ներմուծվող ապրանքներն ընդամենը 64 մլն դոլարով են գերազանցել արտահանմանը։
Այսինքն ներմուծման-արտահանման բացասական հաշվեկշիռը ընդամենը 1,7 անգամ է։ Փոփոխության չափը ավելի պատկերավոր ներկայացնելու համար, հարկ է նշել, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում այն հասնում էր ընդհուպ մինչև 3-ի։ Արտաքին հաշվեկշռի վրա ներմուծման ազդեցության թուլացումը չափազան կարևոր գործոն է ինչպես երկրի ֆինանսական դիրքի լավացման, այնպես էլ շուկաների կառավարման արդյունավետիության բարձրացման տեսակետից։
Վերը նշված ցուցանիշի արձանագրման գործում մեծ է նաև գործադիրի դերը: Վերջինս շարունակում է քայլերը՝ արտահանման խթանման ուղղությամբ, ընդ որում, նաև ուղղակի աջակցման տեսքով։ Ինչպես երևում է աստիճանաբար ակտիվանում է արտահանման աջակցման հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը, որն արդեն հասցրել է ֆինանսական օժանդակություն տրամադրել մի քանի ծրագրերի համար։
