«Վարդան Օսկանյանի կուսակցություն ստեղծելու թեման շարունակում են քննարկել։ ԲՀԿ– ական մեր աղբյուրն ասում Է, որ խնդիրը փողը չէ. «Ինքն ունի առավել կարևոր 2 այլ խնդիր՝ կամ պետք է կուսակցություն ստեղծի, կամ դուրս գա քաղաքականությունից։ Դուրս գալ չի կարող, որովհետև վերջին շրջանում նա կամա-ակամա դարձել է քաղաքական լուրջ պրոյեկտ, և թույլ տալ այդ պրոյեկտը ոչ ևս լինի, իր հետ հարաբերվող թե դրսի, թե ներսի գործընկերները թույլ չեն տա։ Կուսակցություն ստեղծելն էլ հեշտ չէ՝ հազար ու մի պատճառով, նախ՝ լիքը կուսակցություն կա, երաշխիք չկա, թե հնարավոր է ինչ-որ լուրջ բանի հասնել, մնում է մաս կազմի քաղաքական որևէ ուժի՝ այս կամ այն ձևով, ու սա ավելի կարևոր է նրա համար, քան մյուս բոլոր խնդիրները միասին վերցրած։ Ինքը դեռ ուսումնասիրում է քաղաքական դաշտը, որպեսզի հասկանա, թե որոնք են այն ուժերը, որոնց հետ կարող է հարաբերվել կամ ինչ-որ բան պայմանավորվել ստվերային»»,–գրում է թերթը։
