Իրավապահները ձերբակալել են ՀԷՑ-ից ավելի քան 95 մլն դրամ հափշտակելու մեջ մեղադրվող երկու անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել են «Հայաստանի Էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի իրացման տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ Արսեն Գաբրիելյանը և բաժնի նախկին պետ Ռուդիկ Պիվազյանը՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով։
ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2012 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ից մինչև 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Սիրարփի ԱՀ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող «Սիրարփի» ՓՀԷԿ-ից «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ առաքված էլեկտրաէներգիայի իրական ծավալը ներկայացվել է շատ ավելին։ Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ կողմնակի միջամտության արդյունքում իրականից ավել է ներկայացվել 3.810.188 կՎտ./ժ, որի արժեքը կազմում է 95.694.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից ամբողջությամբ վճարվել է «Սիրարփի ԱՀ» ՍՊ ընկերությանը:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ «Սիրարփի ԱՀ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը փաստացի պատկանել է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ իրացման տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ Արսեն Գաբրիելյանին (վերջինս աշխատանքից ազատվել է 2015 թվականին), ով ի պաշտոնե ղեկավարել է արտադրող կայաններից էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնման և վաճառքով զբաղվող՝ ՀԷՑ-ի համապատասխան դեպարտապենտի աշխատանքները։ Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով փետրվարի 29-ին ձերբակալվել են Ա.Գաբրիելյանը և նրա անմիջական ենթակայության տակ գտնվող, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավտոմատացված հաշվառման բաժնի նախկին պետ Ռուդիկ Պիվազյանը (ում ղեկավարած բաժինն իրականացրել է արտադրող կայաններից գնվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվառումը): Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
