Քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ Տիգրան Մազմանյանը Past.am-ին է փոխանցել այս պահին Հայաստանում գտնվող ԵՄ նոր գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին ուղղված նամակը, որը մի խումբ ակտիվիստներ պատրաստվում են անձամբ հանձնել նրան: Նամակի մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է: Նամակի մեջ մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Տիկի՛ն Մոգերինի, Հայաստանում գնալով բարդանում է սոցիալ-քաղաքական իրավիճակը. քաղբանտարկյալների թիվն օրեցօր ավելանում է, յուրաքաչյուր քաղաքացի, ով փորձում է քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ երկրում իրավիճակը շտկելու, որևէ բան փոխելու ու դրական արդյունքի հասնելու համար, ենթարկվում է ամենօրյա հոգեբանական ու սոցիալական ճնշումների ու կանգնած է ՝ հաջորդ քաղբանտարկյալը դառնալու վտանգի առջև: Բոլոր տեսակի ընտրություններն անցնում են խայտառակ ու բացահայտ ընտրակեղծիքներով, ինչպես, օրինակ, վերջին հանրաքվեն, երբ ակնհայտ կերպով արված բազմաթիվ ընտրակեղծիքներով հանդերձ՝ այնուամենայնիվ՝ ընդունվեց այդ՝ մարդու իրավունքներն ու մեր հիմնարար ազատությունները ոտնհարող սահմադրությունն ու լեգիտիմացվեց միջազգային կառույցների կողմից, այդ թվում՝ նաև ԵՄ-ի կողմից: Այս ամենի ֆոնին հետաքրքիր է հետևել ԵՄ-ի՝ որպես ժողովրդավարական արժեքներ քարոզողի ու այդ արժեքների կայացմանը նպաստող միջազգային վարպետական կառույցի պահվածքին ու արձագանքին: Նախևառաջ՝ հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ ԵՄ-ի քաղաքականությունը ոչնչով չի տարբերվում ՌԴ-ի գաղութարարական քաղաքականությունից, բացառությամբ նրա, որ ԵՄ-ն, ի տարբերություն ՌԴ-ի, իր քայլերը քողարկում է ժողովրդավարության կայացմանը նպաստել ցանկացող բարերարի շղարշի տակ՝ ֆինանասավորելով մեր իրավունքներն ամեն օր ոտնահարող ու մեզ ոտնահարող համակարգը: Այս պահվածքը հիշեցնում է ավելի շատ առևտուր քրեաօլիգարխիկ համակարգի ներսում: Դուք առաջարկում եք ֆինանսավորում որևէ բնագավառում՝ ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի՝ փոխարենը որոշակի բաներ խնդրելով մեր պետական կառավարման համակարգը զավթիչներից: Ուզում ենք հիշեցնել, որ մենք՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներս, մեր պետությունը՝ ՀՀ-ն ու մեր արժանապատվությունն ու հիմնարար իրավունքներն առուծախի առարկաներ չեն, որոնց միջոցով դուք փորձում եք սեփական շահն առաջ տանել: Բացի այդ՝ վերջին տարիների ընտրությունների ժամանակ ԵՄ-ն լեգիտիմացրել մի քանի կեղծված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից անվավեր համարվող մի քանի ընտրություններ՝ դրանով իսկ ոտնահարելով Ձեր իսկ որդեգրած ժողովրդավարական արժեքներն ու կիրառելով երկակի ստանդարտներ: Այս նամակը գրելու հիմնական նպատակն է կոտրել այն պատկերացումը, որ Հայաստանում Ձեր վարած քաղաքականությունը նպաստում է ժողովրդավարական արժեքների կայացմանը: Ուզում ենք մեր հիմնավորված բարկությունն արտահայտել վերը նշված փաստերի հետ կապված՝ միևնույն ժամանակ հիշեցնելով, որ Ձեր վարած քաղաքականության համար պատասխանատու եք մեր՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների, երկրի իսկական տերերի, և ոչ թե ուզուրպատորների առջև»:
