Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը համաներում եւ խաղաղ կյանքի վերադառնալու հնարավորություն Է առաջարկել ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումների զինյալներին: Այդ մասին, նա հայտարարել Է գերմանական ARD կորպորացիային տված հարցազրույցում:

«Վայր դրեք զենքը, եթե ցանկանում եք մասնակցել քաղաքական գործընթացինե,-ասել Է Ասադը:

«Իրավունքի եւ Սահմանադրության տեսանկյունից, Սիրիայի բնակչության շահերի եւ յուրաքանչյուր պետության մեջ գործող սկզբունքների տեսանկյունից ամենակարեւորն այն Է, որ նրանք, լինելով քաղաքացիներ, իրավունք չունեն շրջել ինքնաձիգները ձեռքներին եւ զենքն ուղղել այլ մարդկանց վրա: Ավելին մենք չենք պահանջումե,-հավաստիացրել Է պետության ղեկավարը:

Ասադը նաեւ «հույսի առկայծումե Է որակել փետրվարի 27-ից սկսված զինադադարը: «Ահաբեկիչները զինադադարի առաջին ժամից խախտել են այն, սիրիական բանակը հրաժարվել Է պատասխան հարվածներից, որպեսզի պահպանի պայմանավորվածության կատարման շանսերըե,-ասել Է Սիրիայի նախագահը:

Ինչպես արդեն հաղորդվել Է, Սիրիայի Դարայի նահանգի ավելի քան 1,2 հազար բնակիչներ, որոնք ավելի վաղ դիմակայում Էին կառավարական զորքերին, իշխանությունների հետ ստորագրել են հրադադարի համաձայնագիր: Ելույթ ունենալով լրագրողների առջեւ՝ նահանգապետ Մուհամեդ Խալեդ ալ Խանուսը հայտարարել Է, որ զենքը վայր դրածների մեծ մասը Էբթաա քաղաքից Է: «Մենք սպասում ենք, որ մոտ օրերս նոր համաձայնագրեր կստորագրվեն ազգային հաշտության գործընթացի շրջանակներումե,- ասել Է նահանգապետը:  

Իշխանությունների հետ, որոնց ներկայացրել Է Դարայի նահանգի «Մուխաբարաթե (Սիրիայի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն) ծառայության պետ բրիգադային գեներալ Ուաֆիք Նասերը, բանակցություններին մասնակցել են ընդդիմադիր «Սիրիական ազատ բանակիե, «Ալ Յարմուքի բրիգադներե կազմավորման անդամներ եւ տեղական ինքնապաշտպանության ջոկատներ:

Ավելի վաղ նշվել Է, որ ՌԴ-ի միջնորդությամբ հաշտության համաձայնագրեր են կնքվել Դամասկոսի նահանգի Զեյթուն եւ Թել Գեհաբ բնակավայրերի ավագների հետ: Այսպիսով հաշտության համաձայնագերի ընդհանուր թիվն ավելացել Է մինչեւ 37, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
