Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարը Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումը հակասահմանադրական է համարում

Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղը թուրք լրագրողներին ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումն անօրինական է հայտարարել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Հաբերլեր» լրատվականը:
«Դատարանի որոշումը սահմանադրության խախտում է»,- ասել է Բոզդաղը: Անդրադառնալով այն փաստին, որ նախագահն այս որոշման առնչությամբ հայտարարել էր, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումը չի հարգում՝ արդարդատության նախարարն ասել է, թե նման քննադատություն հնչեցնելը երկրի նախագահի ժողովրդավարական իրավունքն է:
Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը Արևմտյան Աֆրիկակատարելիք այցելությունից առաջ օդանավակայանում պատասխանել էլրագրողների հարցերին՝ անդրադառնալով վերջերս «Ջումհուրիեթ»պարբերականի աշխատակիցներին ազատ արձակելու փաստին:Լրագրողներից մեկը հարցրել է, թե ինչ է մտածում նախագահըՍահմանադրական դատարանի որոշման մասին, որով «Ջումհուրիեթ»-իգլխավոր խմբագիր Ջան Դյունդարի ու Անկարայի թղթակից Էրդեմ Գյուլիկալանավորումը համարվել էր օրենքի խախտում, և լրագրողներն ազատէին արձակվել: «Ես կլռեմ Սահմանադրական դատարանի կայացրածորոշման առնչությամբ, չեմ պատրաստվում այն ընդունել: Չեմհամաձայնվում այդ որոշման հետ, չեմ հարգում այն»,- ասել է Էրդողանը:
Թուրքիայում «Ջումհուրիեթ» (Cumhurriyet) թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Ջան Դյունդարին և այդ նույն թերթի Անկարայի թղթակից Էրդեմ Գյուլին ձերբակալել ևկալանավորել էին «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչներին զենք մատակարարելու մասին նյութ հրապարակելու համար: Լրագրողներին մեղադրում ենահաբեկչական կազմակերպության մեջ ներգրավվածության և լրտեսության համար: Իրականում նյութում բացահայտում էր արվում այն մասին, որ Թուրքիայիազգային հետախուզական ծառայությունը բեռնատարներով զենք է մատակարարում ԻՊ-ին: Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական դատարանը, քննելով լրագրողներինկալանավորելու գործը, փետրվարի 25-ին վճռել է, որ այդպիսով խախտվել են երկրի մայր օրենքի դրույթները՝ կապված խոսքի ու մամուլի, մարդուազատության ու անվտանգության հետ: Դատարանի որոշումից անմիջապես հեÕ �ո լրագրողներն ազատ էին արձակվել:
