Կաղամբի տերևներ

Կաղամբի տերևները բուժիչ նպատակով օգտագործելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է գցել ադրանք եռացող ջրի մեջ և հետո լավ չորացնել: Եթե ալերգիկ ռեակցիայի հավանականություն կա նման բուժումից, ավելի լավ է զերծ մնաք դրանից:

1 Ցավ կրծքում

Լակտացիայի և կրծքով կերակրելու ժամանակ կանայք ցավեր կարող են ունենալ, ցավոտ ուռածության զգացում ունենալ: Ժողովրդական բժշկությունն օգնության է հասնում կերակրող մայրիկներին:

Բուժիչ թրջոցների համար պետք է օգտագործել խոշոր տերևները. Սկզբում պետք է լվանալ, հետո մի փոքր տրորել և դնել կրծքին: Այս միջոցից կարելի է օգտվել նաև մաստիտի և կրծքի ցավերի դեպքում, որոնք առաջանում են նախադաշտանային շրջանում:

2 Վնասվածքներ և կապտուկներ

Բնասված հատվածին դրեք թարմ կաղամբի տերև և ֆիքսեք վիրակապի օգնությամբ, այդպես թողեք ողջ գիշեր: Առավոտյան այտուցվածությունը կանցնի և ցավը կմեղմանա: Եթե այտուցվածությունը չանցնի, իսկ ցավն ավելի ուժեղանա, անպայման դիմեք բժշկի՝ բարդություններից խուսափելու համար:

3 Միջատների խայթոցներ

Կաղամբի տերևները թեթևացնում են մեղուների, բզեզների ցավոտ խայթոցից առաջացած վիճակը: Դրանք մագնիսի նման դուրս են քաշում այրոցը և խայթոցից ուռած հատվածի ցավը:

4 Գլխացավ

Կաղամբի տերևենրն ունակ են նաև անցկացնել գլխացավն ու հոգնածությունը: Քունքին դրեք կաղամբի մեկական տերև և գլուխը փաթաթեք սրբիչով: Այս միջոցն օգնում է նույնիսկ միգրենի ժամանակ:
