Մարտի 1. 8 տարի անց. Հիշում ենք եւ պահանջում

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Այսօր մարտի 1-ն է, որը, ցավոք, արդեն ութերորդ տարին՝ Հայաստանում չի ասոցիացվում ու չի նշվում՝ որպես գարնան առաջին օր: 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին ՀՀ 10 քաղաքացիների սպանություններով մեր պատմության մեջ քաշվեց սեւ գիծ, որը մեր նորագույն ժամանակահատվածը բաժանում է մինչեւ մարտի 1-ն ու հետմարտիմեկյան փուլերի: Ու այդ գիծը մնալու է սեւ այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ տրված չէ ամենակարեւոր հարցի պատասխանը՝ ովքե՞ր են սպանել ՀՀ 10 քաղաքացիներին, եւ քանի դեռ այդ պատասխանից հետո՝ այդ պատասխանում հնչած անունների հեղինակները պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվել:
Մարտի 1-ը շարունակելու է խարան մնալ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ չեն հնչել մարտի 1-ի ոչ միայն՝ իրավական, այլեւ՝ քաղաքական գնահատականները: Ընդհանրապես, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, ոչ միայն գործող, այլ նաեւ նախորդ իշխանությունների ռազմավարության մեջ մեծ տեղ է զբաղեցնում հասարակության «կարճ հիշողության» կանխավարկածը: Իշխանությունն ապավինում է, որ ժամանակի հետ նախկինում գործված բոլոր հանցագործությունները մոռացության կմատնվեն, ու դա իրենց կազատի անգամ պատմության դատաստանից:
Այդպես էր Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի դեպքում, այդպես է նաեւ Մարտի 1-ի պարագայում: Սակայն, եթե անգամ դա հաջողվում է համեմատաբար կարճ ժամանակահատվածում, ապա հազիվ թե հաջողվի պատմական հեռանկարում: Համենայնդեպս, այլ հարցերում, անցյալի հանդեպ մեր վերաբերմունքում մենք հենց այդպիսի դիրքորոշում ունենք՝ թույլ չտալ, որ երբեւէ գործած հանցանքն անպատիժ մնա: Հայ ժողովրդի հիմնական նպատակներից մեկը պատմական արդարության վերականգնումն է, 1915 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը, որի 100-ամյա տարելիցի մասշտաբային միջոցառումներն ուղեկցվում էին «Հիշում եմ եւ պահանջում» կարգախոսով:
Եվ, չնայած այս երկու իրադարձություններն անհամեմատելի ու անհամադրելի են, սակայն երկու դեպքում էլ սպանվել են անմեղ քաղաքացիներ: Մարդասպանության համար վաղ թե ուշ պետք է պատասխան տան բոլորը՝ անկախ ազգային պատկանելությունից ու կատարված հանցագործության ժամանակահատվածից: Եվ եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք երբեւէ կառուցել իսկապես նորմալ պետություն, որը կլինի ոչ միայն արտոնյալներինն ու կուսակցական կրծքանշան ունեցողներինը, այլեւ բոլորինը, ապա պարտավոր ենք նաեւ այսօր հայտարարել՝ «Հիշում ենք եւ պահանջում»:
Հակառակ դեպքում կշարունակենք ունենալ պետություն, որտեղ ազգովի ոգեկոչում ենք պատմական զոհերի հիշատակը՝ միաժամանակ մեր լռությամբ ու հանդուրժողականությամբ «ոգեշնչելով» տեղական նշանակության մարդասպաններին»:
