Սիրիական ճգնաժամը գլոբալ սպառնալիք է, իսկ միջազգային հանրությունն ուշիուշով հետևում է այստեղ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին: Սիրիայի դեմ պատերազմը սանձազերծելու անհեռանկար քաղաքականությամբ հանդես եկան մի շարք պետություններ: Թերևս հենց այս փաստը դրդեց ԱՄՆ-ին ու Ռուսաստանին համագործակցել առկա իրավիճակը «շտկելու» ուղղությամբ:

Փետրվարի 22-ին ԶԼՄ-ներում տեղեկատվություն շրջանառվեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և Ռուսաստանը ստորագրել են համաձայնագիր, ըստ որի՝ փետրվարի 27-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմը, սակայն այս համաձայնագիրը չի տարածվում ԻՊ և Նուսրա ճակատ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների վրա: Արդեն փետրվարի 23-ին Կրեմլն ու Սպիտակ տունը հանդես եկան համապատասխան հայտարարություններով:

Այս առնչությամբ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտնել է, որ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հետ, որի ընթացքում կողմերը հավանության են արժանացրել ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի համատեղ հայտարարությունը Սիրիայում ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին: «Մինչև 2016թ. փետրվարի 26-ի կեսօրը Սիրիայում պատերազմող բոլոր կողմերը պետք է մեզ կամ ամերիկյան գործընկերներին տեղյակ պահեն հրադադար հաստատման որոշման շուրջ իրենց հավատարմության մասին»,- հայտնել է Պուտինը: Համանման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման:

Իրավիճակը կառավելի դարձնելու ցանկությունը ակնառու է միջազգային հանրության բոլոր ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, որի մասին են փաստում նրանց կողմից տարածված հայտարարությունները: ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար ալ-Ասադը հայտարարել է երկրում հրադադարի հաստատմանն աջակցելու պատրաստակամության մասին։ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին հայտնել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ողջունում է Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցման մասին համաձայնությունը և իր շնորհակալությունն է հայտնում Ռուսաստանին, այդ գործում ունեցած ավանդի համար՝ հավելելով, որ Սիրիայում հրադադարի հաստատումը անհնարին կլիներ առանց ՌԴ-ի հետ համագործակցության: ԵՄ գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին, ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգը, ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Բան Կի Մունը ողջունել են ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից զինադադար հաստալու վերաբերյալ որոշումն ու այն դրական քայլ որակել: Չինաստանն ու Թուրքիան ողջունել են ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև Սիրիայում հրադադարի համաձայնությունը: Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ֆրանկ Վալտեր-Շտայնմայերը համաձայնությունը լավ մշակված փաստաթուղթը է որակել և համարել վճռական քայլ դեպի առաջ:

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանը ևս ողջունել է ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից Սիրիայում հրադադարար հաստատելու վերաբերյալ որոշումը:

Սակայն նախօրեին ռուսական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սերգեյ Կուրալենկոն հայտարարել է, որ Սիրիայում հակամարտող կողմերի հրադադարի հարցով ռուսական կենտրոնը դիմել է հրադադարի ամերիկյան կենտրոնին՝ բացատրություններ պահանջելով ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած կոալիցիայի անդամ Թուրքիայի կողմից սիրիական տարածքի գնդակոծությունների առիթով: Նման հայտարարությունից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Սիրիայում ոչ թե թվացյալ, այլ իրական հրադադար կհաստատվի, որի երաշխվորն են ԱՄՆ-ն և Ռուսաստանը:
