Քաղբանտարկյալներին՝ սովորական խուլիգաններից և իրավախախտներից տարբերելու ժամանակը

Վազգեն Ղազարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Բոլորի համար անսպասելի պարզվեց, որ մենք քաղբանտարկյալներ ունեն։ Սկզբում դա մենակ Շանթն էր, հետո Հայկ Կյուրեղյանն ավելացավ այս ցուցակին, հետո Գևորգ Սաֆարյանը, իսկ էս վերջում էլ Վարդգես Գասպարին էր։ Անհեթեթություն։ Մեր ընդդիմությունը չի դադարում արժեզրկել ու իմաստազրկել ամեն ինչ, ինչին կպնում է․․․
Նախ, ինչ է ասել քաղբանտարկյալ․ իրավագիտական ու քաղաքագիտական տեսնակյունից, քաղբվանտարկյալը մարդ է, ովհայտնվում է ճաղերի հետևում իր քաղաքական հայացքների համար։ Ընդ որում, նրան կարող են մեղսագրվել ինչպես քաղաքական բնույթի հոդվածներ, այնպես էլ միանգամայն սովորական-քրեական։ Սակայն կա մի կարևոր բայց․ նա ճաղերի հետևում պետք է հայտնվի ՀԵՆՑ իր քաղաքական պատկանելիության ու իշխանությունների կողմից հալծվելու արդյունքում։
Իսկ Հայաստանում հիմա որ ավանակը՝ ինչ անի ու բերդ ընկնի, իրեն հռչակում են քաղբանտարկյալ ու դրա համար զուտ պետք է, որ տվյալ ավանակը հայտարարի իր քաղաքան ննախասիրությունների ու պատկանելիության մասին։ Այս բանավեճը թեժացավ Ռոստոմյանի սկանդալային հայտարարությունից հետո, ով ավբանդական դաշնակական գոռոզությամբ հայտարարեց, որ ՀՅԴ-ի դեմ արշավից հետո, Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ չեն եղել։ Իհարկե Ռոստոմյանը ստում է, որովհետև 90-ականներից հետո եղավ նաև 2008-ը, բայց Ռոստոմյանի ասածի մեջ -շմարտության նշույլ էլ կա այն իմաստով, որ այս պահին Հայաստանում չկան քաղբանտարկյալներ։
Շանթը բերդում է, որովհետև խուլիգան է ու վտանգավոր կերպով խախտել էր հասարակական կարգը, Կյուրեղյանը բերդում է, որովհետև Շանթի պես խելագար խուլիգան է ու օդամղիչ զենքից կրակել էր ոստիկանների վրա, Սաֆարյանը բերդում է, որովհտև ծախու սադրիչ է ու բռնություն է գործադրել ոստիկանության նկատմամաբ։ Նույնն էլ ի դեպ Գասպարին ր արել, եթե չեմ սխալվում։ Մի խոսքով, բոլոր այս դեպքերում կան հստակ ֆիքսված փաստեր, ընդհուպ մինչև տեսանյութեր։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, բերեք չաղավաղենք իմաստները ու իրերն անվանենք իրենց անուններով, ոչ թե տրվենք քաղաքական էրոտիկ ֆանտազիաների։
