Ադրբեջանում տնտեսական խնդիրների ֆոնին աճում է գործազրկությունը

 Նավթի գների անկումը եւ ազգային արտարժույթի վերջին արժեզրկումը Ադրբեջանում բազմաթիվ ձեռնարկությունների ստիպում է փակվել կամ կրճատել հաստիքները: Բայց հաշվի առնելով տնտեսական անկման մասին հարցի քաղաքական նրբերանգը, որոշ ընկերություններ գերադասում են աշխատանքը կորցրած մարդկանց թվաքանակի մասին տվյալներ չհրապարակել:

Այս մասին,  հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը` նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանում հանկարծակի տնտեսական փլուզումը կրճատումների է բերել էկոնոմիկայի բոլոր հատվածներում: Դրանց թվում են անգամ այնպիսի պետական ձեռնարկություններ, ինչպիսիք են «Ազերէներժի»-ն, «Ազերիգազ»-ը, «Azercel»-ը:

Բացի այդ, վերջին մեկ ամսում փակվել են ութ բանկեր այն բանից հետո, երբ Կենտրանական բանկը չեղյալ է հայտարարել նրանց գործունեության թույլտվությունը: Մշակույթի եւ զբոսաշրջության նախարար Աբուլֆաս Գարաեւը հայտարարել է, որ «անարդյունավետության պատճառով մի քանի թանգարաններ փակվել են», եւ զգուշացրել, որ փակվելու են նաեւ մշակույթի ոլորտի մի շարք կազմակերպություններ, որոնք օգնություն էին ստանում պետությունից:

Բաքվի տնտեսական բարեփոխումների գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի փորձագետ Փարվիզ Հեյդարովն այդ առնչությամբ նշում է, որ մինչ վերջերս էներգակիրների վաճառքից ստացվող հսկայական եկամուտները օգնում էին շեղել հասարակության ուշադրությունը գործազրկության խնդրից: 2004 թվականից Ադրբեջանը 50 մլրդ մանաթ (մոտ 33 մլրդ դոլար) է ծախսել շրջանների տնտեսական զարգացումը խթանելու վրա: Արդյունքները միանշնակ չեն եղել: Իսկ այժմ կառավարությունը նախկին մակարդակով ֆինանսավորումը շարունակելու համար փող չունի, քանի որ նավթի գինը մոտ 70 տոկոսով ցածր է, քան եղել է երկու տարի առաջ:

Հունվարին ամբողջ Ադրբեջանով զանգվածային բողոքի գործողություններ էին բռնկվել մանաթի արժեզրկման հետեւանքով թանկացումների եւ գործազրկության պատճառով:

Ադրբեջանի երկրորդ խոշորագույն քաղաքում` 313200 մարդ բնակչությամբ Գյանջայում փետրվարի 5-ին աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը վերածվել էր տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց բողոքի ակցիայի, երբ վերջիններս իմացել էին, որ իրականում ոչ մի աշխատատեղ էլ չկա: Ոստիկանությունը ճնշել էր բռնկված ցույցը, իսկ տոնավաճառը` չեղարկվել:

Համաժողովրդական դժգհոհությունը վերահսկողության տակ պահելու համար Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը նոր նախաձեռնություններ է քննակում գյուղատնտեսական հատվածում, որում զբաղված է երկրի աշխատունակ բնակիչների 37 տոկոսը: Ադրբեջանը, մասնավորապես, բանակցություններ է անցկացնում Ուկրաինայի, Չինաստանի եւ Ճապոնիայի հետ այդ ոլորտում համագործակցության հնարավոր տարբերակների մասին:
