Այն մասին, որ կրծքում գոյացությունը եւ արտաթորանքի մեջ արյունը կարող են քաղցկեղի նշան լինել, հավանաբար բոլորը գիտեն: Բայց կան այլ` պակաս հայտնի ախտանիշներ, որոնց քչերն ուշադրություն կդարձնեն:
Ահա քաղցկեղի մի քանի ախտանիշ, որոնց մասին քչերը գիտեն եւ որոնց քչերը ուշադրություն կդարձնեն:
Խռպոտածություն
Խռպոտածությունը հաճախ է ուղեկցում մրսածությանը, բայց եթե 2-3 շաբաթվա ընթացքում չի անցնում, պետք է դիմել բժշկի, որովհետեւ դա կարող է կոկորդի, պարանոցի կամ էլ ձայնալարերի քաղցկեղի ախտանիշ լինել:
Գիշերային քրտնոտություն
Գիշերային քրտնոտությունը կարող է մի շարք հիվանդությունների ախտանիշ լինել, որոնց թվին է պատկանում լիմֆոման` ավշային հանգույցների ուռուցքը: Քրտնոտությունը կարող է նաեւ դաշտանադադարի նշան լինել: Սակայն չարժե մոռանալ, որ Դուք կարող եք գիշերը շոգել չափազանց տաք ծածկոցի պատճառով:
Այրոցներ
Չափազանց ճարպոտ կամ սուր ճաշից հետո շատերն այրոցների նոպաներ են ունենում: Բայց եթե այրոցները Ձեզ մշտապես են տանջում, արդեն 2-3 շաբաթ, դա կարող է ստամոքսի, կերակրափողի, ինչպես նաեւ ձվարանների կամ էլ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել:
Թիկունքում ցավեր
Թիկունքում ցավերը կարող են կապված լինել ոչ միայն մկանների եւ ոսկրերի, այլեւ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի հետ:
Դաշտանադադարից հետո վարդագույն արտադրություն
Վարդագույն արտադրությունը, ինչպես նաեւ դաշտանադադարից հետո ցանկացած դաշտանային արյունահոսությունը կարող է էնդոմետրիումի քաղցկեղի վաղ նշան լինել:
Միզարտադրության խնդիրներ
Տարիքի հետ տղամարդկանց շագանակագեղձը մեծանում է, ինչը միզարտադրության խնդիրների է հանգեցնում. Օրինակ, տղամարդիկ ավելի հաճախակի են ուզում զուգարան գնալ, հատկապես` գիշերը: Սակայն միզարտադրության խնդիրները կարող են նաեւ շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել, այդ պատճառով չարժե անտեսել այդ ախտանիշը:
Կլլելու դժվարություններ
Կլլելու դժվարությունները կարող են գլխի, պարանոցի, բերանի խոռոչի, ձայնալարերի կամ կերակրափողի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել:
Ջրիկ կղանք
Եթե Ձեր կղանքի խտությունը կամ գույնը փոխվում է, կամ դրանում արյուն է հայտնվում, եթե աղիքների դատարկումը ցավերով է ուղեկցվում, եւ այդ ախտանիշները շարունակվում են արդեն ավելի քան 2 շաբաթ, պետք է բժշկի դիմել: Նույնիսկ ընդամենը ջրիկ կղանքը կարող է աղիքների, ձվարանների կամ էլ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել:
Մաշկի բորբոքում
Մաշկի ցանկացած բորբոքում, որն արդեն երկար ժամանակ է` չի անցնում, կարող է քաղցկեղի ախտանիշ լինել: Չնայած ամեն դեպքում ցանկալի է բժշկին ցույց տալ:
Բերանում կամ լեզվի վրա խոցեր
Բերանում խոցիկները սովորաբար ի հայտ են գալիս վիրուսային վարակների հետեւանքով, սակայն եթե խոցիկներն արդեն 3-4 շաբաթ չեն անցնում, արժե դրանք ցույց տալ բժշկին:
