Օրինակ ես որ խոշոր գործարար լինեի, հաստատ, առանց վարանելու, առանց երկար-բարակ մտածելու Զոհրապ Եգանյանին @zohrap yeganyan-ին իմ որևէ լուրջ բիզնես-ընկերությունում անմիջապես աշխատանք կառաջարկեի հենց այն պահից, երբ իմանայի, որ գործազուրկ ա`օրինակ հանրային կապերի, զլմ-ների հետ աշխատանքի կամ PR-ի բաժնում:
Մարդ, որը արդեն տարիներ շարունակ աշխատում ա տեղեկատվության տարածման կամ տրամադրման ոլորտում, գործի բերումով լավ հարաբերություններ ա ստեղծել զլմ-ների հետ ու պլյուս սրան Ֆեյսբուքի ամենահայտնի օգտատերերից մեկն ա. սրանից էլ լավ տվյալնե՞ր ինֆոյի հետ աշխատող մարդու համար...
Ու երբ մի օր նման բան լսեմ, որ որևէ պետական մարմնում արդյունավետ աշխատած մեկին աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո անմիջապես տանեն բիզնես ոլորտ ու համապատասխան պաշտոն առաջարկեն, ես կհամարեմ որ Հայաստանում հաճախորդի հետ ճիշտ աշխատելու, ճիշտ հարաբերություններ ստեղծելու բիզնես-մտածելակերպը զարգանում ա, կամ գոնե դրա ճանապարհին ա
Թե չէ ախպոր ընկերոջը, հորողբոր տղու բաջանաղին կամ քավորի քենու տղուն աշխատանքի ընդունելով, ինչը համատարած կիրառվում ա Հայաստանում, հատկապես խոշոր բիզնեսի ոլորտում, ճիշտ բիզնես-իմիջ չես զարգացնի, հատկապես երբ այդ անձինք չունեն համապատասխան գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները: ապացույցը` ՀՀ գրեթե բոլոր խոշոր գործարարների մասին բացասական կարծիքը, որը մեծ հաշվով գալիս է հենց նրանց բիզնես-գործունեությունից
Կադրային ճիշտ քաղաքականությունը ցանկացածա ոլորտի զարգացման ու ճիշտ աշխատանքրի հիմքն ա ու գոնե պատասխանատու պաշտոմններում ծանոթ-բարեկամ երևույթը պիտի ընդհանրապես տեղ չունենա.
