Ադրբեջանում էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների, բնիկ ժողովուրդների գոյապահպանումն ամենակարևոր խնդիր է: Այս մասին «Ադրբեջանական հանրապետության բնիկ ժողովուրդները իրականություն և հեռանկարներ» խորագրով քննարկումից առաջ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Կովկաս-կասպիական տարածաշրջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, պրոֆեսոր Գառնիկ Ասատրյանը:
«Կլոր սեղանը նվիրված է Ադրբեջանում բնիկ ժողովուրդների տարբեր հարցերի քննարկմանը: Բազմաթիվ ելույթներ կան, որոնք նվիրված են ինչպես բնիկ ժողովուրդների ներկայիս իրավիճակին, գոյապահպանման խնդիրներին, մարդու իրավունքների պահպանմանը, այնպես էլ ազգային ազատագրական շարժման գործընթացներին, որոնք ընթանում են այսօր Ադրբեջանում այդ ժողովուրդների, նախ և առաջ` թալիշների շրջանում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Գառնիկ Ասատրյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` բազմաթիվ հարցեր են մեկնաբանվում, առաջ քաշվում:
«Քննարկումների ընթացքում ծնվում է ճշմարտությունը, թե որ խնդիրների վրա պետք է կենտրոնանանք, ինչ հարցեր պետք է հատկապես շեշտվեն, ինչ հարցերի վրա պետք է ուշադրություն դարձվեն, ինչ հարցեր ունեն այսօր առաջնայնություն ազգային շահերի համար, և ինչ հարցեր չունեն»,-շեշտեց նա:
Գառնիկ Ասատրյանի խոսքով` կարևոր են Ադրբեջանում բնիկ ժողովուրդների, նրանց մշակույթի, լեզվի պահպանման հարցերը:
«Տեսնենք, թե ինչ է կատարվում, ինչ գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում այդ ժողովուրդների մոտ: Շատ հարցեր կան, որ չգիտենք, հարցեր, որոնք չեն բարձրաձայնվում»,-հավելեց նա:
Կովկաս-կասպիական տարածաշրջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդների ինստիտուտը և «Մոդուս վիվենդի» կենտրոնը կազմակերպել են կլոր սեղան քննարկում, որի թեման է «Ադրբեջանական հանրապետության բնիկ ժողովուրդները իրականություն և հեռանկարներ»: Քննարկմանը մասնակցում են նաև փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչներ Ադբրեջանից:
