Գասպարին խցերում բռնության չի ենթարկվել. ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչություն

Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ համացանցում դեռևս ակտիվորեն շարունակվում են շրջանառվել Վարդգես Գասպարիի հետ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ իրարամերժ հրապարակումները, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչությունը հարկ է համարել ևս մեկ անգամ անդրադառնալ իրականացված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներին: «Արմենպրես»-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական հանրային կապերի բաժնի փոխանցած պարզաբանման մեջ նշվում է.
«Այսպես՝ Վ. Գասպարին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկ է բերվել 19.02.2016թ.-ին և տեղաբաշխվել թիվ 9 կարանտինային խցում: Թիվ 7 կարանտինային խցում վերջինս երբևէ չի եղել: 22.02.2016թ.-ին Վ. Գասպարին տեղաբաշխվել է թիվ 20 խուց և ծանոթանալու նպատակով խցակիցների՝ իրեն ուղղված հարցերին չի պատասխանել և պահանջել է չշփվել իր հետ: Շուրջ 15 րոպե անց Վ. Գասպարին պառկել է խցի հատակին և ոտքի կանգնելու խցակիցների հորդորներին պատասխանել է, որ ինքը գիտակցում է իր արարքները և հրաժարվում է վեր կենալ` հայտարարելով հացադուլ և ջրադուլ: Հաջորդ օրը՝ 23.02.2016թ., Վ. Գասպարին տեղաբաշխվել է թիվ 9 կարանտինային խուց: Խուց մտնելուց հետո Վ. Գասպարին այստեղ ևս պառկել է գետնին, չի ցանկացել շփվել խցակիցների հետ, հրաժարվել է գետնից վեր կենալ և պառկել մահճակալին: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 00։00-00:30-ի սահմաններում, նշված խուց են տեղափոխել այլ կալանավորված անձի, և երբ խցի դուռը բացվել է, Վ. Գասպարին անմիջապես խցից դուրս է եկել` հրաժարվելով վերադառնալ խուց, այնուհետև հայտարարել է, որ չի ցանկանում մտնել խուց, քանի որ խցակիցներն իրեն հորդորում են սնունդ ընդունել, պառկել մահճակալին, հարվածում են իրեն, և պառկել է միջանցքի գետնին: Քրեակատարո ղական հիմնարկի հերթապահ բուժակի կողմից Վ.Գասպարին ենթարկվել է մարմնական զննության, որի արդյունքում վերջինիս մոտ մարմնական վնասվածքի որևէ հետք չի հայտնաբերվել: Կատարված ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ Վ. Գասպարին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկի թիվ 20 և 9 խցերում իր խցակից կալանավորված անձանց կողմից որևէ բռնության, ծեծի, անձը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի, վիրավորանքի չի ենթարկվել: 24.02.2016թ. Վ. Գասպարին իր իսկ խնդրանքով տեղափոխվել է թիվ 006 խուց և հիմնարկի պետին դիմում է ներկայացրել հացադուլը և ջրադուլը դադարեցնելու մասին: Նկատի ունենալոÕ ¾, որ ներկայումս «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում կատարվում է հետաքննություն, հուսով ենք, որ հասարակության շահագրգիռ անդամներն այսուհետ զերծ կմնան հիմնազուրկ հայտարարություններ տարածելուց: Հետաքննության արդյունքների մասին կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն»:
