Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա մարտի 4-ին

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա մարտի 4-ին, ժամը 12:00-ին: Առաջիկա նիստի ժամանակ կշարունակվեն Պերմյակովի հետախուզման, հայտնաբերման և ձերբակալման գործողություններն իրականացնող 2012 սահմանապահ ջոկատի անդամների քնն ությունը:
Շատ հանգամանքեր, որոնք կապված են այդ գործողություների հետ դեռ անհասկանալի են դատական մարմինների համար: Երբեմն ներկայացվում են իրարամերժ ցուցմունքեր՝ ոչ միայն տվյալ ջոկատի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների, այլ նաև տվյալ անձի ներկա ու նախաքննական ցուցմունքներում: Փետրվարի 25-ին վկայությամբ՝ դատարան ներկայացրած 4 վկայից ամենակարևոր վկայի՝ դեպքի օրը սահմանապահ ջոկատի հրամանատարի պարտականություններն իրականացնող, սահմանապ ջոկատի հրամանտարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Մերզլիկինի ցուցմունքի համաձայն՝ Պերմյակովը, իրեն ուղղված «ու՞ր իր գնում» հարցին ի պատասխան նշել է՝ «Թուրքիա», ապա վկան նշեց, որ ինքն այս պահին հաստատ չի հիշում Պերմյակովը նման պատասխան է տվել է, թե ասել է՝ «այնտեղ»՝ ցույց տալով սահմանը:
Մերզլիկինը տեղեկացրեց, որ Պերմյակովի ինքնությունը պարզելու նպատակով սահմանապահ ջոկատ տանելուց հետո իրենց են միացել հայ ոստիկանները, բայց թե քանիսն են եղել, ինքը չի հիշում, նշեց, որ հայ իրավապահներն ազատ էին գործողություններ կատարելու մեջ՝ հարցեր տալու, լուսանկարելու, ինչն ամենյան հավանականությամբ չի արվել: Ավելի ուշ, մեկ այլ վկա ՝ Ալեքսանդր Կրուգլովը տեղակացրեց, որ իրենց հետ ճանաչման ժամանակ եղել է միայն մեկ հայ բարձրաստիճան ոստիկան՝ գնդապետ:
Դատարանն այս նիստի ժամանակ լսեց նաև սպա Իգոր Բռագային: Փաստաբանների այն հարցին, թե Պերմյակովին ձերբակալման ժամանակ՝ անունին, զենքի գտնվելու վայրին վերաբերող, կամ սպանությունն ինքն է իրականցրել, թե ոչ հարցերից բացի այլ կարևոր հարցեր չե՞ն տրվել, վկաները պատասխանեցին՝ ոչ, կամ էլ տրվել է, բայց ոչ իրենց ներկայությամբ: Այս հանգամանքը Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների ու իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչների համար տարօրինակ է՝ չի հարցվել՝ ինչպես է Պերմյակովը հասել սահման, որտեղ է մինչև այդ թաքնվել, կամ հետը այլ մարդ արդյո՞ք չի եղել, փոխարեն ը հարց են տվել, թե այդ ընթացքում Պերմյակովն ինչ է կերել:
