Գասպարին ազատ արձակվեց կալանքից

Ակտիվիստ Վարդգես Գասպարին այսօր ազատ արձակվեց կալանքից: Ինչպես «Ազատությանը» հայտնեց Գասպարիի փաստաբան Դավիթ Գյուրջյանը, Վերաքննիչ դատարանը այսօր կեսօրին որոշել է փոխարինել իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ:
Ինչպես և ակտիվիստի կալանավորման որոշումն ընդունելիս, դատարանը նիստն անցկացրել է Գասպարիի փաստաբանների բացակայությամբ:
Գասպարիի փաստաբանների վերաքննիչ բողոքով նիստը այսօր նախատեսված էր ժամը 17:30, սակայն Վերաքննիչ դատարանը, փաստորեն, ավելի շուտ անցկացրեց այն՝ փաստաբանների բացակայությամբ:
Վարդգես Գասպարին, հիշեցնենք, կալանավորվել է փետրվարի 19-ին։ Նա մեղադրվում է ոստիկանին վիրավորելու, դատական նիստերը խանգարելու և դատավորի հասցեին անվայելուչ արտահայտություններ անելու մեջ։ Տվյալ գործով այսօր ավելի ուշ կայացած դատական նիստին ակտիվիստը ներկա էր: Երբ դատավորը հեռացավ խորհրդակցական սենյակ, Գասպարին դուրս եկավ դատարանի դահլիճից: Միջանցքում լրագրողների հետ կաճատև զրույցում նա մեջբերեց ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպան Լեյլա Յունուսի խոսքը՝ ասելով․ - «Ինձ դարձրին գաղութի փոշի»:
Մոտ կես ժամ հետո խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով՝ դատավորը հայտարարեց, որ նիստը հետաձգվում է, քանի որ Գասպարիի փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը խոչընդոտում է դատական նիստի բնականոն ընթացքին։
Նիստը հետաձգվեց մինչև փետրվարի 29-ը ժամը 16։00-ը։
Վարդգես Գասպարին դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարեց, որ և՛ իր, և՛ իր պաշտպանների գործողությունները եղել են օրինականության շրջանակներում։
«Ես արդեն հայտարարել եմ ու առայսօր ոստիկանությանը համարում եմ մարդասպաններ, քանի դեռ մարտի 1-ին սպանվածները, ընդ որում երեքը սպանվել են ոստիկանության զենքով՝ «Չերյոմուխայով», ոստիկանություն չի հայտնել, թաքցնում է իր թևերի տակ, ես ոստիկանությանը, ներքևից մինչև վերև, համարում եմ մարդասպաններ», - ասաց Գասպարին՝ նշելով. - «Հիմա իրավաչափության խնդիրն ենք նայում. մարդիկ սպանել են ու դրա համար պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկվում, իսկ քանի որ ես ասել եմ՝ «մարդասպաններ» դրա համար ես պատասխանատվության պետք է ենթարկվեմ»։
