Մալաթիա տոնավաճառի աշխատակիցները որոշակի դժգոհություն ունեն կապված տոնավաճառի տաղավարների վարձավճարների հետ: Բանն այն է, որ աշխատակիցները պնդում են, որ տաղավարների համար պահանջվող գումարը բարձր է և այս պատճառով թվով 4000 մարդ դուրս են եկել Մալաթիա տոնավաճառի կենտրոնական մուտքի մոտ: Նրանք պահանջում են իջեցնել տաղավարների սակագները, քանի որ առևտուրը նվազել է:

Այս հարցին կարելի է մի քանի տեսանկյունից նայել:
Վերջին մի քանի տարում Հայաստանում սնկի նման աճում են առևտրի կենտրոնները թե բացօթյա, և թե փակ: Սա իր հերթին բերել է մեծ մրցակցություն: Մի կողմից, եթե առևտրականներին դուր չի գալիս այս տոնավաճառի կողմից սահմանված գնային քաղաքականությունը, կարող են դուրս գալ և մեկ այլ տոնավաճառում փնտրեն հարմար տաղավար:

Մյուս կողմից էլ առևտրականների առաջ քաշած հարցերը, մասնավորապես տաղավարի գումարի իջեցման պահանջը նույնպես պայքարի ձև է:
Այնուամենայնիվ խնդիրն ավելի շատ սեփականատեր-առևտրականներ շրջանակներում պետք է դիտարկել և սա ամենևին պետության կարգավորման դաշտում չէ:

Տոնավաճառների թիվն ավելացել է, ինչն էլ ենթադրում է, որ տաղավարների շուկայական գինը պետք է վիճարկման առիթ դառնար: Ավելի շատ սեփականատերերը մտածելու առիթ ունեն, քանի որ նույն առևտրականները կարող են դուրս գալ ու մեկ այլ տոնավաճառում տեղ վարձակալել:
