«Իսլամական պետության» դեմ պայքարը կարող է կամուրջ դառնալ ԱՄՆ-ի ու ՌԴ-ի համար.Արման Նավասարդյան

Սիրիայում կրակի դադարեցման հարցի շուրջ Ռուսաստանի ու ԱՄՆ-ի ձեռբերած համաձայնությունն արդեն դրական երևույթ է: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արման Նավասարդյանը: «Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ չնայած երկու պետությունների միջև կան հակասություններ, միևնույն է, կարծես թե, բանականությունը հաղթում է, և ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ռուսաստանը համաձայնության են գալիս: «Իսլամական պետություն»-ը վտանգավոր է մարդկության համար, և նրա դեմ պայքարը կարող է կամուրջ դառնալ երկու պետությունների համար»,-ասաց Արման Նավասարդյանը:
Թե որքանով կաշխատի ԱՄՆ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի պայմանավորվածությունը, Արման Նավասարդյանը դժվարանում է պատասխանել, որովհետև դա կապված է մեծ հարցականների հետ: Եթե երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ երկու մեծ պետություններին գրեթե բոլորն էին ենթարկվում, ապա հիմա նույն տարածաշրջանում կան պետություններ, որոնք կցանկանային օգուտ քաղել պատերազմական գործողություններից, ինչպես, օրինակ, Թուրքիան:
«Թուրքիան երկու մեծ պարտություն կրեց` կապված սահմաների հսկողության և քրդական հարցի հետ: Նրան թվում էր, թե ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների միջոցով կկարողանար լուծել քրդերի հարցը, սակայն չստացվեց և կորցրեց քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական դիվիդենտները: Երբ ասվում է, որ Թուրքիան կանգնած է փլուզման եզրին, դա չափազանցություն չէ»,-ասաց Արման Նավասարդյանն` ընդգծելով, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում Թուրքիան, ելնելով իր ամբիցիաներից, կարող է հարվածի կենտրոնը տեղափոխել Ուրկրաինա, Միջին Ասիա, Հարավային Կովկաս: Թուրքական ղեկավարությունը ցանկանում է ռևանշ վերցնել:
«Աննորմալ, դժոխային իրավիճակ է տիրում Մերձավոր Արևելքում: Խնդիրը միայն «Իսլամական պետության» ու «Ջաբհաթ ալ Նուսրա»-ի հետ չի կապված: Եթե միայն այս խմբավորումները լինեին, հնարավոր կլիներ միավորվել և նրանց խեղդել իրենց բնում: Բանն այն է, որ մեծ ու փոքր 2500 ռազմական խմբավորումներ կան: Այնպիսի իրավիճակ է, երբ բոլորը կռվում են բոլորի դեմ: Արդյո՞ք հնարավոր կլինի պահել նրանց, սա է հարցը»,-ավելացրեց Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանը:
Նրա խոսքով, եթե նույնիսկ ԱՄՆ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի ձեռք բերած համաձայնության գործընթացը հաջողությամբ պսակվի, միևնույն է, վերջնական խաղաղության հասնելու համար երկար ժամանակ կպահանջվի:
