«Ժողովուրդ». Լոռիում մի շարք գյուղապետեր տուգանվել են 100 հազար դրամի չափով

«Ժողովուրդ»–ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս տարվա հունվարի 22-ին ՀՀ Լոռու մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը 100 հազար դրամի չափով տուգանել է մի շարք գյուղապետերի։ Պատճառն այն Է եղել, որ վերջիններս խախտումներ և չարաշահումներ են թույլ տվել։

Տեղեկացնենք, որ տուգանված գյուղապետերն են՝ Մեդովկա համայնքի ղեկավար Սամվել Ավետիսյանը, Փամբակ համայնքի ղեկավար Սամսոն Ուլիխանյանը, Դսեղ համայնքի ղեկավար Նորիկ Քոչարյանը, Հոբարձի համայնքի ղեկավար Մարտուն Միրզոյանը, Սարատովկա համայնքի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Սարդոյանը։ Ի դեպ, վերջինս կրկնակի Է տուգանվել։

Պարզվում Է՝ Մեդովկայի գյուղապետ Սամվել Ավետիսյանը համայնքային սեփականության հողամասերը առանց մրցույթի   Է   տրամադրել   վարձակալության կամ կառուցապատման։ Նույն խախտման համար վարչական տույժի Է ենթարկվել նաև Դսեղի գյուղապետ Նորիկ Քոչարյանը, Հոբարձի համայնքի ղեկավար Մարտուն Միրզոյանը։ Իսկ Փամբակի գյուղապետ Սամսոն Ուլիխանյանը և Սարատովկա համայնքի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Սարդոյանը խախտել են համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող հողամասերի օտարման, կառուցապատման իրավունքի և օգտագործման տրամադրման կարգը։ Բացի այս, վերջինս վարչական տույժի Է ենթարկվել նաև հողամասը ոչ նպատակային նշանակությամբ օգտագործելու, հողատեսքերի ինքնակամ փոփոխությունը չկանխելու համար։ Լոռու մարզպետը նշված գյուղապետերին վարչական տույժի Է ենթարկել 100 հազար դրամի չափով։ «Ժողովուրդ»–ը գյուղապետերից հետաքրքրվեց՝ համաձայն են, արդյոք, վարչական տույժի հետ, թե ոչ։ Հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Դսեղի գյուղապետ Նորիկ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց, որ ինքը համաձայն չէ վարչական տույժի հետ։ Ավելին՝ վերջինս այս խնդրի շուրջ արդեն գրավոր դիմել է մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանին։ «Ճիշտ չեն վարվել։ Ինձ վարչական տույժի են ենթարկել այն բանի համար, որ արոտավայրերի մասով գանձումներ չեմ իրականացրել, բայց չէ որ դրանք կոոպերատիվի կազմում են գտնվում»։ Եթե մարզպետը այս հարցին լուծում չտա, ապա վերջինս կդիմի դատարան»,–գրում է թերթը։
