Նաղդալյանը Վարգգես Գասպարիին քաղաքական բանտարկյալ չի համարում

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը քաղաքական ակտիվիստ Վարդգես Գասպարիին քաղաքական բանտարկյալ չի համարում և լրագրողներին ու քաղաքական գործիչներին հորդորում է այդքան շտապողականությամբ չօգտագործել այդ տերմինը: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո, անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե կան տեսակետներ, որ Վարդգես Գասպարին քաղաքական բանտարկյալ է՝ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը հիշեցրեց, որ օրեր առաջ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն էլ հայտարարել է, որ Վարդգես Գասպարիի կալանավորման որոշումը կայացվել է բացառապես իրավական շրջանակներում:
«Մեր դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ Հայաստանում քաղաքական հետապնդումներ չպետք է լինեն: Այդ մասին պարզաբանումներ է տվել նաև Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը: Ես կցանկանայի հորդորել բոլորին՝ և քաղաքական դաշտի ներկայացուցիչներին, և լրատվական դաշտի մեր գործընկերներին, որ այդքան շտապողականությամբ չօգտագործեն այդպիսի տերմինները, ինչպիսին քաղաքական բանտարկյալն է, կամ քաղաքական հետապնդումը: Սրանք, այնուամենայնիվ, երկրի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող տերմիններ են, և չէի ցանկանա, որ մեր երկիրն այդքան արագ ու հեշտ մենք պիտակավորեինք որ ‚ հավասարեցնեինք պետությունների կամ երկրների, որտեղ շատ-շատ հեռու են մեզ հետ համեմատվելուց»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նաղդալյանը:
Նաղդալյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում Վարդգես Գասպարիի խնդիրը: «Մենք կարևորում ենք նաև պարոն Գասպարիի առողջությունը: Մենք ստացել ենք նաև նախարարի հավաստիացումները, որ Վարդգես Գասպարին առողջական խնդիրներ չունի»,- հավելեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը միացել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Էլիներ Վարդանյանի նախաձեռնած ստորագրահավաքին, որով վերջինս պատրաստվում է Վերաքննիչ դատարան միջնորդություն ներկայացնել Վարդգես Գասպարիի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու պահանջով, Նաղդալյանն ասաց. «Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ մեր երկրում պատգամավորը կաշկանդված չէ և ինքն է որոշումներ կայացնում»:
