Հայաստանը էներգետիկ ոլորտում հավասարակռված մոտեցում է որդեգրել. փոխնախարար

Հայաստանը գնում է էլեկտրամատակարարման ոլորտի բազմազանեցման ուղղությամբ:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` փետրվարի 25-ին Հայաստանի Ամերիկյան համալսարանում «Կայուն էներգետիկ համակարգեր Հարավային Կովկասում. իրականությու՞ն, թե՞ պատրանք» թեմայով հանրային բանավեճի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը: «Մենք հիմնականում ունենք հավասարակշռված վիճակ էներգետիկ ոլորտում: Վերջին տարիներին մեզ մոտ էլեկտրաէնեգիայի արտադրության պատկերը բազմազան է եղել` չնայած, որ տարիների ընթացքում փոխվում է տարբեր միջոցներով արտադրվող էներգիայի բալանսը: Օրինակ, անցյալ տարի մենք ունեինք ատոմային էներգիայի արտադրության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը, ինչը չենք կարող ասել ջերմաէլեկտրակայնների արտադրած էներգիայի մասին, որը նվազ է եղել»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` կախված էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման կառուցվածքից, այն է`օրվա ընթացքում երեք պիկային ժամանակահատվածները (առավոտյան, ճաշին ու երեկոյան)` Հայաստանը դիտարկում է տարբեր էլեկտրամատակարարման եղանակները: Այս տեսանկյունից օգտակար կարող է լինել արևային էներգետիկայի միջոցով էլեկտրականության ստացումը, որը կբավարարի ցերեկային պիկը, իսկ մնացած էլեկտրաէներգիան կստացվի այլ եղանակներով: «Մինչև 2025 թվականի համար մենք ունենք նախանշված թիրախներ, բայց մեզ համար միայն դրանք սահմանելը բավարար չէ: Խնդիրը միայն թիրախ սահմանելը չէ, առա վել կարևոր է դրանց իրագործման եղանակների մշակումը: Մենք հակված ենք զարգացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության մեխանիզմները, եթե դրանք տնտեսակապես շահավետ են»,-ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Այս համատեքստում անդրադառնալով նոր ատամակայանի կառուցման հարցին` էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարարի նկատեց, որ տնտեսապես շահավետ չլինելու դեպքում նոր ատոմակայան չի կառուցվի:
Հենրիխ Բյոլ հիմնադրաﬕ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի անդամ Թամար Անթիձեն էլ ներկայացրեց «Հարավային Կովկասը կայուն էներգետիկ ուղու վրա» թեմայով հետազոտությունը, որի առանցքում են հայտնվել Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի էներգետիկ համակարգերը: Նա նշեց, որ ուսումնասիրությամբ փորձել են դուրս բերել երկրներում էներգետիկ իրավիճակի ներկա փուլը, ծառացած մարտահրավերները, դրանց լուծման ուղիներն ու զարգացման մարտավարությունները: «Սովետական միության փլուզումից հետո Հարավային Կովկասի երեք երկրները ստիպված էին ինտերված համակարգից անցում կատարել ոչ ինտեգրված համակարգերի, ինչն էլ նշանակում էր նոր մարտահրավերներ` սեփական էներգետիկ համակարգերի կառավարում:
Երկրներից յուրաքանչյուրը ընտրել է տարբեր ուղիներ այս մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու համար»,-ասաց Թամար Անթիձեն:
Նա նշեց, որ բոլոր երեք երկրներում էլ մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկող էլեկտրաէներգիայի ցուցանիշը ցածր է` ի համեմատ եվրոպական երկրների, ինչը պայմանավորված է տնտեսական զարգացման մակարդակով: Զեկուցողը շեշտեց, որ երեք երկրների էլեկտրաէնեգիայի պահանջարկը աճելու է, քանի որ դրանք բոլորն էլ ունեն էլեկտրակայանները վերակառուցելու անհրաժեշտություն:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ` երեք երկրներից միայն Հայաստանում է, որ գոյություն ունի վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում իրավական շրջանակ և երկիրն այս ոլորտում առաջատար դիրքում է:
