Հրադադարն ընդամենը մարտավարական քայլ է, որը երկար կյանք չի ունենա, որովհետև այն ձեռնտու է հակամարտող կողմերից միայն մեկին՝ ռուսական կոալիցիային, այն էլ բավական կարճաժամկետ պայմանով: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց Սորբոնի համալսարանի դասախոս պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Հայկ Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:
«Հրադադարին չեմ մոտենում, որպես պատմական փաստաթղթի կամ պայմանավորվածության: Այն չի կարող երկար կյանք ունենալ, որովհետև իսլամիստները բոլորովին հետաքրքրված չեն այս հրադադարով, և ջիհադիստը ջիհադիստ չի լինի, եթե չշարունակի պատերազմել»,-ասաց Հայկ Ա. Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նրա փոխանցմամբ, մյուս կարևոր գործոնը, որը չի կարող ապահովել հրադադարի երկարակեցությունը, այն է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի և նրա կողմից վերահսկվող ոչ ծայրահեղական իսլամիստների վրա այլևս մեծ ազդեցություն չունի: Զինադադարը կվերաբերի միայն սահմանափակ թվով խմբավորումների: Թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ին, թե՛ Ռուսաստանին և նույնիսկ սիրիական բանակին դեռևս հայտնի չէ, թե զինադադարը որ խմբավորումներին է վերաբերում:
«Ակնկալում ենք, որ կլինի փաստաթուղթ, որտեղ կամրագրվեն հրադադարի ռեժիմի ապահովումը երաշխավորող դրույթներ: Չեմ կարող ասել, թե հրադադարի դեպքում բոլորն են շահում, այդ թվում մեր հարևան երկիր Թուրքիան՝ իր նպատակներով»,-նշեց ՀՀԿ խորհրդի անդամ պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ պատահական չէ, որ ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահներն անձամբ հայտարարեցին փետրվարի 27-ի զինադադարի մասին, այնինչ Թուրքիայում միայն փոխվարչապետը ելույթ ունեցավ այս հարցի վերաբերյալ:
