Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է դեղերն ու կենցաղային նյութերը հեռու պահել երեխաներից

Հանրապետությունում, հատկապես երեխաների շրջանում, պարբերաբար արձանագրվում են դեղերից և կենցաղային նյութերից թունավորման դեպքեր, որոնք անդառնալի հետևանք կարող են թողնել: Հաշվի առնելով վիճակագրությունը` ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կոչ է անում ծնողներին կենցաղային վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութերը, ինչպես նաև դեղերը պահել փակվող պահարաններում կամ երեխաներին անհասանելի այլ վայրերում, չափազանց ուշադիր լինել վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութերն օգտագործելիս, քանի որ հենց այդ ընթացքում դրանք կարող են երեխաներին հասանելի դառնալ, թունավոր նյութերը պահել գործարանային սրվակների և տուփերի մեջ` պահպանելով նախազգուշացնող պիտակները` շփոթությունից խուսափելու համար, առավել վտանգավոր է, երբ քիմիական նյութը պահվում է կերակրի կամ ըմպելիքի համար նախատեսված տարաներում, շշերում:
Տանը պահվող քիմիական նյութերից հատկապես վտանգավոր են ամոնիակը, կաուստիկ սոդան (հիմք), թթուները (քացախաթթվային էսենցիա), կրային նստվածք քայքայող որոշ նյութեր, մաքրող, լվացող որոշ հեղուկներ, լուծիչներն ու նավթամթերքները` լաքերը, նավթալամպերի վառելիքը, բենզինը, կերոսինը, որոնք պարունակում են հիմքեր ու թթուներ և կարող են շատ ծանր վնասվածքներ առաջացնել:
Չափազանց վտանգավոր են նաև դեղերից` սրտային և ճնշում կարգավորող, քնաբեր, հակադեպրեսանտներ, հոգեմետ դեղեր, ցավազրկողներ, հակադիաբետիկ, կոլխիցին, թունավորումները:
Երեխաները հիմնականում հակված են ուտելու քաղցրացված դրաժեները կամ օշարակները և դրանք կարող են ընդունել մեծ քանակներով, ինչը չափազանց վտանգավոր է:
Խորհուրդ է տրվում նման թունավորումների դեպքում 82-82 հեռախոսահամարով արագ դիմել մասնագիտացված բժշկական հաստատություն` Երևանի Մ. Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի մանկական թունաբանության և մանկական վերակենդանացման կլինիկա, որտեղ կարող են ախտորոշել թունավորումը, գնահատել վտանգի աստիճանը և անհրաժեշտ բուժում իրականացնել:
Կլինիկան այդ նպատակների համար ունի նաև ռեանիմոբիլ։
Բարեհաջող ելքը մեծապես պայմանավորված է ժամանակին դիմելով և մասնագիտական օգնություն ցուցաբերելով: Ցավալին այն է, որ փոքրիկները հիմնականում թունավորվում են ծնողների, մեծահասակների անուշադրության, անփութության հետևանքով: Երեխաների շրջանում թունավորումները հիմնականում զարգանում են շատ արագ, ունենում ծանր ընթացք և պահանջում ոչ միայն անհապաղ բժշկական օգնություն, այլև երկարատև բուժում:
