ՀԲ-ի ներդրումներով Քաղցրաշենում կկառուցվի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգ

Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը փետրվարի 24-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի պատվիրակությանը` ՀԲ տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Մերսի Տեմբոնի, ՀԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լորա Բեյլի, ՀԲ ծրագրերի ավագ պատասխանատու Ալեքսանդր Հովհաննիսյանի մասնակցությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես» -ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից, ՀԲ պատվիրակության այցի նպատակն է ՋՏՊԿ-ի հետ քննարկել ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող ծրագրերի հետ կապված խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև ակնկալել հայկական կողմի առաջարկություններն ու ծրագրային մոտեցումները՝ ՀԲ-ի հետ առաջիկայում համագործակցելու վերաբերյալ: Ներկայում ՀԲ-ի ներդրմամբ իրականացվում է «Ոռոգման համակարգերի բարելավման ծրագիրը»:
Ծրագիրն ունի 3 խոշոր բաղադրիչ` ջրհան կայանների հեռացնող ջրանցքների վերականգնում, անցում մեխանիկական ոռոգումից ինքնահոս ոռոգման և Քաղցրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգի կառուցում:
ՀԲ–ը արդյունավետ է համարում մինչև օրս կատարված աշխատանքը: Միաժամանակ ցանկանում է ստանալ հավաստիացումներ, որ Քաղցրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգի վերաբերյալ նույնպես կոմիտեն և ոռոգման ԾԻԳ ՊՀ-ն ազգաբնակչության հետ կկատարեն բավարար աշխատանք՝ կողմերի միջև վերջնական համաձայնություն ձեռք բերելու նպատակով:
Կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը ՀԲ-ի ծրագրերը գնահատել է ոռոգման համակարգի ուղղությամբ երկրի կողմից որդեգրած ռազմավարության շրջանակներում, կարևորել ներդրումները թե սոցիալական և թե ֆինանսական կայունության առումով: Որպես լավագույն օրինակ` կողմերը վկայակոչել են Մեղրու տարածաշրջանում իրականացված ինքնահոս համակարգի կառուցման աշխատանքները, որի շնորհիվ 18 պոմպակայաններից 15-ը հանվել են շահագործումից՝ մեխանիկական ջրամատակարարումը փոխարինելով ինքնահոս համակարգով:
Կողմերը անդրադարձել են նաև եռակողմ՝ ՋՏՊԿ-ՀԲ-Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկ համագործակցությանը: Կոմիտեի նախագահն իր հերթին ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորել է երկրում միասնական, իր բոլոր բաղադրիչներով՝ մակերևութային ջրերով, ջրամբարներով, խորքային հորերով, հեռացնող ջրանցքներով, ներքին ցանցերով փոխկապակցված և փոխլրացվող ոռոգման համակարգ ունենալու անհրաժեշտությունը:
