Պայմանական հրդեհից մշակութային ժառանությունը փրկելու փրկարարների ջանքերը հաջողությամբ պսակվեցին

«Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում «բռնկված հրդեհը» ՏԿ և ԱԻՆ օպերատիվ աշխատանքի արդյունքում մարվեց. իրավիճակը, սակայն, պայմանական բնույթ էր կրում:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` համաձայն «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ՔՊ և ԱԻ 2016 թվականի հիմնական միջոցառումների պլանի` փետրվարի 24-ին ՊՈԱԿ-ում անցկացվեց օբյեկտային վարժանք` «Հրդեհի դեպքում աշխատակիցների, մշակութային և նյութական արժեքների պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը» թեմայով:
«Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում «հրդեհն» ու հարակից սենյակից դուրս եկող ծուխն առաջինը զգաց տնօրենի օգնականը: Կազմակերպության ՔՊ շտաբն անմիջապես կազմակերպեց նախ մարդկանց, ապա մշակութային արժեքների տարահանում: ՔՊ շտաբի պետն ահազանգեց 911 ծառայություն`օգնության խնդրանքով: Կազմավորումները, ծխապատ գոտուց դուրս բերեցին խուճապից ձեռքի վնասվածք ստացած տուժածին: Առաջին օգնության կազմավորումը ցուցաբերեց առաջին օգնություն: Կազմավորումները նաև 3 արկղ մշակութային րժեք են դուրս բերել:
ՏԿ և ԱԻՆ Երևանի փրկարարական վարչության Կենտրոն համայնքի թիվ 1 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը հրդեհաշիջման ղեկավարի հրամանով սկսեց հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքները և արդյունքում շատ կարճ ժամանակում հրդեհն արդեն մեկուցացված էր և մարված: Հրշեջ-փրկարարները հրդեհի օջախին մոտ հայտաբերեցին և տարահանեցին ՊՈԱԿ-ի անգիտակից վիճակում գտնվող աշխատակցին, ինչպես նաև դուրս բերեցին վտնգավոր գոտուց դեռևս չտարահանված մշակութային արժեքները: Հրդեհի վայր ժամանեց նաև ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության համապատասխան օպերատիվ խումբը և շտապ օգնության ծառայությունը: Համատե ղ օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում ՊՈԱԿ-ում մարդկային և մակութային արժեքների կորուստներ չեղան: ՊՈԱԿ-ի հերթական ուսումնավարժությունն ավելի մասշտաբային էր: Ուսումնավարժությանը ներկա էին ՀՀ ՏԿ և ԱԻՆ Երևանի փրկարարական վարչության Կենտրոն համայնքային բաժնի պետ` փ/ծ փոխգնդապետ` Կ. Ոսկանյանը, բաժնի ԱԻ և ՔՊ հարցերով ավագ հրահանգիչ փ/ծ կապիտան Ստեփանյանը, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության զորահավաքային նախապատրաստության բաժնի մասնագետները, ոլորտի մասնագետներ, դիտորդներ՝ այլ մշակութային կազմակերպություններից: Ուսումնավարժության արդյունա վետ կազմակերպման և իրականացման նպատակով որպես խորհրդատու հրավիրված էր Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի դասախոս Ա. Տերտերյանը:
