Հայաստանում զինծառայողների և նրանց հավասարեցված անձանց սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծվում են զինծառայողների սոցիալական ապահովության մասին համապատասխան օրենքի շրջանակներում: Այդ առումով ՀՀ կառավարությունը հնարավորության սահմաններում համապատասխան ծրագրեր է իրականացնում՝ նրանց խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ըÕ �թացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իշխան Խաչատրյանի հարցին: «Այդ խնդիրներն, իհարկե, առաջին հերթին վերաբերվում են զինծառայողներին, ովքեր ծառայության մեջ են և ազատամարտիկներին: Այսօր բավականին լուրջ ծրագիր է իրականացվում նրանց բնակարանային խնդիրները լուծելու, փոխհատուցումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:
Նա հավելեց, որ այդ աշխատանքների շրջանակներում կան զոհված ազատամարտիկների, առաջին, երկրորդ, երրորդ կարգի հաշմանդամների մի մեծ հերթացուցակ,և կառավարության կողմից տրված համապատասխան գումարներով փոխհատուցումներ է իրականացնում այն մարդկանց, ովքեր բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման խնդիր ունեն և նրանց, ովքեր անօթևան են: «Այդ հերթացուցակում այսօր շուրջ 2080 մարդ կա, և յուրաքանչյուր տարի կառավարության կողմից հատկացված միջոցների շրջանակներում թե Երևանում, թե մարզերում իրականացվում են տարբեր ծրագրեր»,- հավելեց նախարարը:
Սեյրան Օհանյանը նշեց, որ կառավարությունը չի կարող միանգամից լուծում տալ ազատամարտիկների բոլոր խնդիրներին, որովհետև այդ աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են հնարավորության շրջանակներում: «Համապատասխան միջոցառումներ են իրականացվում նաև ազատամարտիկների բուժման համար: Այսօր կան շուրջ 9500 զոհված ազատամարտիկների ընտանիքներ, կան նաև 10 հազար 530 ազատամարտիկներ, ովքեր հաշմանդամության տարբեր կարգեր ունեն: Նրանք օգտվում են այն բոլոր օրենքներից, որոնք կան մեր զինծառայողների համար: Մեր հնարավորության շրջանակներում մենք փորձում ենք լուծում տալ այդ խնդիրներին»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
