Նորամարգում տղամարդու այրված դիակ հայտնաբերելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Նորամարգում տղամարդու այրված դիակ հայտնաբերելու դեպքի առթիվ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգ գյուղի վերջնամասում գտնվող ջրա տարի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է ինքնությունը չպարզված տղամարդու դի՝ բռնության հետքերով:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական- օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Արթուր Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգ գյուղի վերջնամասում գտնվող ջրատարի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է ինքնությունը չպարզված տղամարդու դիակ՝ բռնության հետքերով, այրված: Դիակը հայտնաբերել են Նորամարգ գյուղի երկու բնակիչներ՝ հիշյալ հատվածում որս կատարելու ժամանակ, և ահազանգել։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում փետրվարի 23-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանություն): Դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են այրված բաճկոնի հետքեր, ջրատարին հարակից դաշտամիջյան հատվածից վերցվել են ածխացած խոտի համապատասխան նմուշներ, ջրատարից վերցվել է ջրի նմուշ:
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում պարզելու դիակի ինքնությունը, սպանության հանգամանքները։ Որոշում է կայացվել դիակից արյան և ոտնաթաթի եղունգների նմուշներ վերցնելու մասին: Նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատանյութագիտական փորձաքննություններ:
Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների իրականացման կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ են տրվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնին:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ այլ մանրամասներ քննության այս փուլում հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։
