Պետական, հասարակական և համահայկական կառույցները համատեղ քննարկում են սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրները

Հայաստանում սիրիահայերի տարատեսակ հիմնախնդիրները ժամանակի ընթացքում ստանում են որոշակի լուծումներ, միևնույն ժամանակ ի հայտ են գալիս նոր խնդիրներ, առաջանում է առկա հարցերը հնարավոր այլ միջոցներով և նոր դերակատարների ներգրավմամբ կարգավորելու անհրաժեշտություն: Այս համատեքստում առավել կարևորվում են պետական մարմինների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև սփյուռքի տեղ ական և համահայկական կառույցների միջև համագործակցությունն ու քայլերի մշակման համատեղ աշխատանքը:
Նման հարցերի քննարկմանը և համատեղ լուծումներ գտնելուն է միտված փետրվարի 24-ին Երևանում անցկացվող «Մարդասիրական արձագանքից դեպի կայուն լուծումներ» խորագրով աշխատաժողովը: Մասնավորապես, այն նվիրված է Սիրիայի հակամարտության հետևանքով տեղահանված և Հայաստանում հաստատված անփանց ինտեգրման դյուրացման խնդիրներին: ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության, ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի, «Գալուստ Գյուլբենկյան» հիմնարկության և Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության համատեղ նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են պետական գերատեսչությունների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում սիրիահայերի հիմնախնդիրներով զբաղվող հասարակական, միջազգային և համահայկական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Աշխատաժողովի հիմնական նպատակներն են սիրիահայերի ընդունելության ու ինտեգրման ուղղությամբ պետական մարմինների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և քաղհասարակության դերակատարների ունեցած պարտավորությունների շեշտադրումը, ինտեգրման կարիքների առավել մանրակրկիտ և համակարգված վերլուծությունը, ինչպես նաև նախատեսված ծրագրերի և հստակ ծրագրային առաջարկների քարտեզագրումը: Կարևորվել է նաև մարդասիրական աջակցությունից դեպի կայուն ինտեգրում ու զարգացում ապահովող քայլերի և բարեսիրական աջակցության ընդլայնման նպատակով նոր ուղիների որոնման ա նհրաժեշտությունը:
