Ֆոտո-ՓԱՍՏ. ԱԺ նախագահի ընտանիքին պատկանող երթուղու ավտոբուսներն օրենք են խախտում

Լուսանկարում, որը կատարվել է Երևանի Գևորգ Չաուշի հրապարակում, թիվ 57 երթուղու ավտոբուսներն են, որոնք ակնհայտորեն խախտում են երթեւեկության կանոնները՝ հաստատված կառավարության կողմից:
Մասնավորապես` ՀՀ կառավարության 2007 թ. հունիսի 28-ի 955-Ն որոշման համաձայն՝ վարորդներն իրավունք չունեն խոչընդոտ ստեղծել հետիոտնի երթեւեկության համար: Ըստ նույն որոշման 84 կետի՝ հետիոտնային անցումների վրա կանգառը եւ կայանումն արգելվում է: Իսկ կայանելը ենթադրում է օրենքով սահմանված պատիժ:
Հիմա դիտարկենք սույն լուսանկարը: Ավտոբուսները կայանված են այնպես, որ հետիոտնը ստիպված պետք է խախտում կատարի՝ փողոցը հատի այլ հատվածում, դրանով վտանգի ենթարկելով նաեւ սեփական կյանքը:
Իսկ գիտե՞ք, թե որն է 57 համարի ավտոբուսների վարորդների նման պահվածքը: Լրատվամիջոցների հետաքննությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ թիվ 57 ավտոբուսային երթուղին պատկանում է ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանի ընտանիքին:
Վարորդներին թվում է, թե իրենք «մեջք» ունեն, այսպես ասած՝ թիկունք, այլ կերպ՝ «կռիշ»: Եվ այդ կռիշը Գալուստ Սահակյանն է՝ ԱԺ նախագահը, եւ նրա որդին՝ Արման Սահակյանը, որը նույնպես բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում` Պետգույքի կառավարման վարչության պետն է:
Հետաքրքիր է արդյո՞ք ՃՈ աշխատակիցները չեն նկատում ամիսներ շարունակ ոչ թուլատրելի վայրում կայանած ավտոբուսները: Հետաքիրքիր է նաև, արդյոք այդ նույն աշխատակիցները ծանոթ են կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմանը, որն, ի դեպ, պարտադիր կատարման ենթակա է բոլորի համար: Իսկ գուցե ԱԺ նախագահի «գիծն» արտոնյա՞լ է...
