Կողոպուտի դեպքով շուրջ 7 ամիս քննված գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՔԾ

Քաղաքացի Քրիստինե Գ.-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2015 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին Արտակ Գ.-ի հետ տաքսի ավտոմեքենայով ուղևորվելիս է եղել Երևանի Բագրատունյաց և Արտաշատի խճուղու խաչմերուկ: Տաքսի ավտոմեքենայի հեռանալուց հետո, Արտակ Գ.-ն պահանջել է իրենից իր մոտ եղած գումարը և, մերժում ստանալով, բռունցքով հարվածներ է հասցրել դեմքին, այնուհետև ձեռքից բացահայտ հափշտակել է իր «Ալկատել» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը: Դրանից հետո Արտակ Գ.-ն ձեռքը մտցրել է իր գրպանը և կրկին բացահայտ հափշտակել 10 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ և հեռացել:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և շուրջ 7 ամիս կատարվել նախաքննություն: Արտակ Գ.-ն նախաքննական մարմնին հայտնել է, որ դեպքի օրը ինքը գտնվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմաններից դուրս, հետևաբար չէր կարող կատարել իրեն մեղսագրվող հանցագործությունը: Հետագայում գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝ քրեական գործը քննության է ուղարկվել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի' օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
