Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում «Աստանա Էքսպո-2017»-ին մասնակցությունը

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նպատակ ունենալով առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործել արտերկրում միջազգային ցուցահանդեսների կազմակերպման և մասնակցության համար նախատեսվող միջոցները` գտնում է ոչ նպատակահարմար «Աստանա Էքսպո-2017» ցուցահանդեսին Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ կառավարության հաստատմանն է ներկայացվել գործադիրի 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 30-ի որոշումն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում էր մասնակցել վերը նշված ցուցահանդեսին:
Ըստ հիմնավորման, «Աստանա Էքսպո-2017»-ին չի ներկայացվելու կոնկրետ ոլորտ, արտադրող կամ արտադրանք և արտաքին շուկաներում արտադրանքի առաջմղման ու կոնկրետ ոլորտի կամ արտադրանքի ճանաչելիության բարձրացման տեսանկյունից այդպիսի ցուցահանդեսը զգալիորեն զիջելու է թեմատիկ ցուցահանդեսներին։ «Բացի այդ, «Աստանա Էքսպո-2017»-ին մասնակցությունը բավականին ծախսատար է: Համաձայն ծրագրի նախագծի` նախատեսվում է ծախսել շուրջ 2.97 մլրդ դրամ: Բացի այդ, ցուցահանդեսին պատշաճ կարգով ներկայանալու և երկրի խթանմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների ամբողջական ապահ ովման դեպքում նշված գումարները անհրաժեշտ կլինի ավելացնել 30-40%-ի չափով։ Միաժամանակ, ցուցահանդեսին Հայաստանի մասնակցության մասին ՀՀ կառավարության որոշումն ընդունվել էր մինչև միջոցառումների ծրագրի, ինչպես նաև ցուցահանդեսի նախապատրաստման և մասնակցության ծախսերի նախահաշվի կազմումը: ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման ընդունումից հետո կատարվել են լրացուցիչ հաշվարկներ և ուսումնասիրություններ, որոնց արդյունքում ցուցահանդեսին Հայաստանի մասնակցության նպատակահարմարության հարցը քննարկվել է այդ համատեքստում»,- ասված է հիմնավորման մեջ:
Միաժամանակ, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից պետական աջակցության տարեկան ծրագրերի շրջանակներում շարունակվում է հայկական ապրանքների նպատակային շուկաներում առաջմղման գործունեության իրականացման և հայկական ապրանքների ներկայացման գործընթացը, այդ թվում` միջազգային ցուցահանդեսներին մասնակցության ապահովման և հայկական արտադրանքի վերաբերյալ գովազդի ու հասարակական կարծիքի ձևավորման միջոցառումների կազմակերպման միջոցով։ Վերոնշյալ գործիքի ներքո միայն 2015 թվականին տարբեր թիրախային շուկաներո ւմ կազմակերպվել է շուրջ 15 միջոցառում, որտեղ մասնակցել և սեփական արտադրանքն են ներկայացրել շուրջ 100 հայկական կազմակերպություններ։
