ՄԻԵԴ-ի վճռով Հայաստանը քաղաքացուն կվճարի 4900 եվրո

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի «Սաղաթելյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով վճիռն իրականացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարությունն արդարադատության նախարարությանը կհատկացնի 4 հազար 900 եվրոյին համարժեք դրամ: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է կառավարության փետրվարի 25-ի նիստի օրակարգո ւմ:

«ՄԻԵԴ-ի «Սաղաթելյանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գործով 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ի վճռի համաձայն` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դիմումատուին պարտավոր է վճիռն օրինական ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո երեք ամսվա ընթացքում վճարել 4,900 (չորս հազար ինը հարյուր) եվրոյին համարժեք դրամ՝ վճռով սահմանված արդարացի հատուցման համար»,- ասված է որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ:

Նշված գործով ՄԻԵԴ վճռով սահմանված փոխհատուցման գումարի վճարման վերջնաժամկետը 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 20-ն է:
