«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սպրիցը յուրահատուկ կոկտեյլ է, որը Իտալիա, հատկապես Վենետիկ այցելող յուրաքանչյուր ճանապարհորդ պետք է փորձի։ Այնտեղ այն գրեթե միշտ մատուցվում է «Ապերոլ» անունով հատուկ դառը կոկտեյլի տեսքով։ «Ապերոլ սպրիցն» ստեղծվել է դեռևս 1919 թվականին և սկզբում օգտագործվել է որպես նուրբ ապերիտիվ. ուտելուց առաջ ոսկեգույն, քաղցրադառնավուն ըմպելիքի մի բաժակը զգալի բացում է ախորժակը։ Շուտով այն ավելի ու ավելի է սկսել փոխարինել «Կամպարիին» սպրիցային կոկտեյլներում։ Արդյունքում, «Ապերոլ սպրիտցը» Վենետիկում դարձել է պաշտամունքային ըմպելիք։ Այդ զարմանահրաշ քաղաքում օրական սպառվում է այդ անուշաբույր, թարմացնող կոկտեյլի առնվազն 300 հազար բաժին. դա մոտ 200 կոկտեյլ է մեկ րոպեում։

Այդ թեթև, թույլ թնդության ալկոհոլային ապերիտիվը մշակվել է ընտանեկան Barbieri ընկերության կողմից, որը գտնվում է Իտալիայի Պադուա քաղաքում։ Ապերոլը պարունակում է մոտ 30 տարբեր բնական բուսական բաղադրիչներ։

Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո, երբ կյանքը Եվրոպայում աստիճանաբար սկսել էր բարելավվել, ապերոլն արագորեն ձեռք է բերել ժողովրդականություն: Դա հիմնականում պայմանավորված էր այն սպրիցին ավելացնելու գաղափարով: Ցավոք, հիմա անհնար է պարզել, թե ո՞վ է այդ գաղափարի առաջին հեղինակը: Բայց փաստ է, որ այն տարածվել է հրդեհի պես, քանի որ հաջող էր կոկտեյլի բոլոր բաղադրիչների համադրությունը: 1950-ականներին հաճախ կարելի էր տեսնել գովազդներ, որոնք պնդում էին, որ ապերոլն ամռան օրերի կատարյալ ուղեկիցն է: Կարելի է վստահորեն ասել, որ այդ կարգախոսը արդիական է մնում նաև այսօր: Ի՞նչը կարող է ավելի հաճելի լինել շոգին, քան երեք մաս պրոսեկոյի, երկու մաս ապերոլի և մեկ մաս գազավորված ջրի խառնուրդը՝ սառույցով և նարնջի կտորով: Այդ ըմպելիքը կատարյալ է զով, մութ բարում նստելու կամ լողափում հանգստանալու և յուրաքանչյուր կումը դանդաղորեն վայելելու համար:

«Ապերոլ սպրիցը» բազմաթիվ հեղինակավոր մրցանակներ է շահել միջազգային ցուցահանդեսներում: 2004 թվականից ի վեր այն Campari Group-ի մաս է կազմում և ներկայում Իտալիայի թիվ մեկ ապրանքանիշն է, որտեղ այդ դառը ըմպելիքի վաճառքը տարեկան կազմում է մոտ 20 միլիոն լիտր։ Այն նաև համաշխարհային շուկայում ամենաարագ զարգացող հինգ ալկոհոլային ապրանքանիշերից մեկն է։

Ապերոլը հասանելի է նաև երևանյան հաստատություններում՝ թե՛ ռեստորաններում, թե՛ մեծ խանութներում:
