Սա նույնպես հորմոնալ դիսբալանսի արդյունք է։ Էստրոգենի ցածր մակարդակը բարձրացնում է կորտիզոլի մակարդակը, ինչն էլ մարսողական խնդիրներ է առաջացնում։

Հորմոնների խնդիրների դեպքում կանանց մոտ ախորժակի բարձրացում է նկատվում։ Հատկապես շատ սկսում են քաղցրեղեն ուտել։ Սա էլ քաշի ավելացման է բերում։
