2027 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից առողջության ապահովագրությանը կարող եք միացնել նաև ձեր հարազատներին. որքա՞ն պետք է վճարեք

2027 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից աշխատողները, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը և ապահովագրավճար վճարող այլ անձինք կարող են կամավոր ապահովագրել նաև իրենց ծնողին, ամուսնուն կամ զավակին։ Հարազատի համար ապահովագրավճարն ամսական 10 800 դրամ է, և այն վճարում է դիմողը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Iravaban.net-ը, կանոնը սահմանված է «Առողջության համընդհանուր ապահովագրության մասին» օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 15-րդ կետով և 4-րդ մասով։ Օրենքի 45-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 7.1 կետի համաձայն՝ այս խմբի համար օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2027 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից։

Ո՞վ կարող է ապահովագրել հարազատին

Դիմել կարող են օրենքի 11-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 11–14-րդ կետերում նշված անձինք՝

վարձու աշխատողները,
անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը և նոտարները,
քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրով աշխատողները, ինչպես նաև օրենքով սահմանված չափով վարձավճար, տոկոս, շահաբաժին կամ ռոյալթի ստացողները,
գյուղատնտեսական անհատական գործունեությամբ զբաղվողները։

Հարազատին ապահովագրում են դիմումով՝ լիազոր մարմնի սահմանած կարգով և ձևով։

Ո՞ւմ կարելի է ապահովագրել

Օրենքի 2-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ փոխկապակցված անձ կարող է լինել հայրը, մայրը, ամուսինը, զավակը, որդեգրողը, որդեգրվածը, խնամակալը կամ խնամարկյալը, եթե նա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռեզիդենտ է և արդեն չի պատկանում օրենքով ապահովագրվող որևէ այլ խմբի։

Օրինակ՝ մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխաները, 65 և բարձր տարիքի անձինք և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք (Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի և ռեզիդենտ լինելու դեպքում) արդեն ընդգրկված են համակարգում, ուստի չեն կարող ապահովագրվել որպես փոխկապակցված անձ։

Որքա՞ն և ե՞րբ պետք է վճարել

Ապահովագրավճարը տարեկան 129 600 դրամ է, կամ ամսական 10 800 դրամ։ Հարազատի համար վճարվում է ամսական դրույքաչափի 100 տոկոսը. դիմողը այն վճարում է ինքնուրույն՝ մինչև հարազատի՝ ռեգիստրում գրանցման ամսվա վերջին օրը։ Գործատուն կարող է այդ գումարը վճարել ամբողջությամբ կամ մասնակի։

Հարազատն ապահովագրված անձի կարգավիճակ է ստանում ապահովագրավճարը վճարելուն հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից։ Կարգավիճակը վավերացվում է յուրաքանչյուր 12 ամիսը մեկ՝ դիմումի առկայության դեպքում։
