Բնակարանային խնդրի լուծման պետական ծրագրից կօգտվի ևս 170 պետական ծառայող

ՀՀ կառավարությունը շարունակում է պետական ծառայողների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծմնանն ուղղված քաղաքականությունը: Մասնավորապես, գործադիրի հաստատմանն է ներկայացվել «Պետական ծառայողներին մատչելի բնակարաններով ապահովման ծրագրի շրջանակներում Երևան քաղաքի Ադոնց փողոցի N 6/2 հասցեում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան շենքային համալիրից բնակրանների վաճառքի կարգը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը:
Որոշման ընդունմամբ ակնկալվում է պետական ոլորտի ծառայողներին մատչելի բնակարաններով ապահովման ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ադոնց փողոցի N 6/2 հասցեում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան շենքային համալիրից բնակարանների՝ մատչելի պայմաններով և փուլային վճարման տարբերակով վաճառքի միջոցով լուծել մոտ 170 պետական ծառայողների ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրները:
«ՀՀ-ում պետական ծառայություն իրականացող անձանց մի մասը բնակարանների ներկայիս ձևավորված շուկայական գների պայմաններում հնարավորություն չունի ինքնուրույն լուծելու իր ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիրները: Այդ կապակցությամբ, կառավարությունը դեռևս 2014 թվականին ձեռնարկել է միջնորդային ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում նախատեսված էր Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի Ադոնց փողոցի N 6/1 հասցեում կառուցել բազմաբնակարան շենքային համալիր: Ծրագրիը գոհացուցիչ արդյունքներից ելնելով, որոնց մասին հավաստել են շահառուները, կատարվել է մոնիթորինգ, որի արդյունքում պարվել է, որ շուրջ 700 պետական ծառայող շահագրգռված են օգտվել բնակարանների և ավտոկայանատեղերի վաճառքի ծրագրի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:
Նշված համալիրից բնակարան ձեռք բերելու ցանկություն հայտնած պետական ծառայողներին հնարավորություն կտրվի շուկայականից մատչելի տարբերակով և փուլային վճարման միջոցով ձեռք բերել բնակարան: Ընդ որում, բնակարան ձեռք բերելու ցանկություն հայտնած պետական ծառայողը հնարավորություն կունենա ընտրել իր բնակարանը՝ հարկը, դիրքը, ինչպես նաև նշված համալիրի տարածքում ձեռք բերել ավտոկայանատեղի:
