Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 00։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Ավետիք Իսահակյան փողոցում գտնվող «Կոբա» ռեստորանի մոտ վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում, և կան վիրավորներ, իսկ քիչ անց տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ նշված հասցեից երկու հոգի տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոցներ։


Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Արաբկիրի համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված հասցեից «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիր է տեղափոխվել 22-ամյա Ռոման Ռ․-ն՝ «աջ նախադաստակի ստորին դաստակի ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ, իսկ «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Երևանի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Էդգար Ռ․-ն՝ «ձախ դաստակի նախաբազկի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ։

Պարզվել է նաև, որ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին նշված ռեստորանում կազմակերպվել է Երևանի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Բելլա Ս․-ի ծննդյան տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ խնջույք, որին մասնակցել են Երևանի բնակիչներ 49-ամյա Վահան Ս․-ն, 35-ամյա Վազգեն Ռ․-ն, 37-ամյա Արտյոմ Մ․-ն, 32-ամյա Ժաննա Ռ․-ն, 43-ամյա Հայկ Ս․-ն, 36-ամյա Ալինա Կ․-ն, 30-ամյա Բելլա Ս․-ն, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 31-ամյա Արտյոմ Գ․-ն, Երևանի բնակիչներ 37-ամյա Հայկ Հ․-ն, 34-ամյա Էդուարդ Հ․-ն, 23-ամյա Մոնիկա Կ․-ն, 30-ամյա Տաթևիկ Ն․-ն, 29-ամյա Էդգար Ռ․-ն, ինչպես նաև 32-ամյա Ռոման Ռ․-ն։

Խնջույքի ընթացքում՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, ժամը 00։05-ի սահմաններում, նույն հասցեում գործող «Կոբա» ռեստորանի ներսի հատվածում Էդգար Ռ․-ն և Ռոման Ռ․-ն բարձրաձայն սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել, ինչի պատճառով վիճաբանության են բռնվել Երևանի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Նարեկ Բ․-ի հետ, ով եղել է ընտանիքի անդամների հետ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու և խուլիգանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին է տեղափոխվել Էդգար Ռ․-ն, ում անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մեկ հատ կիսամոխրացված և կիսով չափ լցված դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով կաթուցիչ, ինչպես նաև մեկ հատ թղթե փաթեթ, որի մեջ առկա է եղել սուր հոտով դեղնականաչավուն զանգված։ Դրա նախնական քաշը՝ փաթեթի հետ միասին, կազմել է 2.70 գրամ, իսկ առանց թղթե փաթեթի դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածի քաշը կազմել է 0.09 գրամ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին։
