Համագործակցության հարցը` ընդդիմադիրների զոհասեղանին

Ընդդիմությունը ժամանակակից քաղաքական համակարգերի բնութագրիչ տարրերից մեկն է: Ընդդիմության գործունեությունը դիտարկվում է իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն հարաբերությունների և մրցակցության պայմաններում: Մրցակցային քաղաքական համակարգերում ընդդիմության չափավոր և խելամիտ գործունեությունը ապահովում է համակագի ճկունությունը: Իսկ իշխող և ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մրցակցությունը վերաբերում է հիմնականում որևէ կոնկրետ օրակարգային խնդրի վերաբերյալ իրականացվող քաղաքականությանը:
Ընդդիմությանը բնորոշ հատկանիշներից մեկը պայքարն է իշխանության համար, միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի ներսում ևս գոյություն ունի մրցակցություն՝ առաջատարի դափնիները վերցնելու համար: Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը՝ հաշվի առնելով իրենց հնարավորությունները, միավորվում են և ստեղծում համագործակցության ձևաչափեր՝ իրենց քաղաքական պայքարը առաջ տանելու համար: Ընդդիմադիր դաշտում քիչ չեն նաև այն դեպքերը, երբ օպոզիցիոն քաղաքական ուժերը պայքարը առաջ տանելու հարցում խոչընդոտում են միմյանց և դաշտում ստեղծում ապակառուցողական իրավիճակ:
Ներկայիս հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտը նույնպես աչքի է ընկնում իր տարամիտված բնույթով: Ոչ իշխանական Եռյակի կազմալուծումից հետո ընդդիմադիր ուժերը գործում են տարանջատ, ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ համագործակցությանը, ապա այն խոսակցություններից այն կողմ չի անցնում: Հնչում են առաջարկներ ընդդիմադիր ուժերին միավորելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն այդ առաջարկները այդպես էլ մնում են լոկ առաջարկներ: Կոնկրետ համագործակցության չկայացումը առավելապես պայմանավորված է ոչ այնքան ծրագրային մոտեցումներով, որքան որ տարբեր ընդդիմադիր գործիչների քաղաքական ամբիցիաներով:
Առաջիկայում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն են և լրացուցիչ կարևորություն է ստանում այն հարցը, որ ընդդիմադիրները մի կողմ դնեն իրենց անձնական ամբիցիաները և որդեգրեն գործանական մոտեցում, քանի որ կառուցողական ընդդիմության առկայությունը բխում է պետության շահերից:
