Դժվար է հավատալ, բայց դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ այս աղջիկը 120 կգ էր կշռում: Եվ դա 26 տարեկանում: Իսկ հետո աղջիկն իր մեջ ուժ և արժառիթ գտավ նիհարելու, և մեկ տարի շարունակ, հոգնեցնող պարապմունքներից հետո հրաշք տեղի ունեցավ:
Կոններ Ռենչը կորցրեց 60 կգ և թագ շահեց ֆիտնեսի մրցույթի ժամանակ: Եվ նա արեց դա իր մարմնի վրայի բոլոր ճաքերի հետ միասին, որոնք մնացել էին այդքան արագ նիհարելու արդյունքում:
Այժմ նա Ինստագրամում իր էջն ունի, որտեղ նա ոգեշնչում և ոգևորում է այն մարդկանց, ինչպիսին ինքն էր եղել: Ահա թե ինչ է ասում Կոններն իր փորձի մասին.
«Սկզբում ես վախենում էի լողազգեստով լուսանկարներ հրապարակել, քանի որ նախկինում երբեք նման բան չէի արել: Բայց ժամանակի ընթացքում հասկացա, որ կարող եմ ամեն ինչ անել, կարևորը՝ ուղեղիս համոզեմ դրանում: Ես ցույց տվեցի բոլորին, որ հպարտանում եմ նրանով, ինչ անում եմ, հպարտանում եմ իմ մարմնի վրայի ճաքերով, քանի որ դրանց մեջ իմ անձնական պատմությունն է»:
Մանուկ հասակում և դեռահասության տարիներին, աղջիկը միակ բանը որ անում էր՝ ավելորդ քաշ հավաքելն էր, որի պատճառով էլ նրան միշտ ծաղրում էին իր դասարանցիները:
«Մայրիկս միշտ ասում էր, որ ես քաղցրակեր եմ, բայց բանը միայն դրանում չէր: Ես ուտում էի անընդհատ, անդադար: Միշտ խաբուսիկ քաղցածություն էի զգում: Ինձ ծաղրում էին բոլորը՝ անվանելով տգեղ և ճարպոտ: Իսկ 6-րդ դասրանում մի աղջիկ ինձ ասաց, որ ես լավ կանեմ ինքնասպան լինեմ»:
Կոնների կյանքում՝ թունելի վերջում լույս նշմարվեց, երբ նա քոլեջ ընդունվեց: Նա զգաց, որ այդ փոփոխությունների կարիքն ունի և խելացի բան արեց: Աղջիկն ինքնուրույն փորձարկումներ չարեց, այլ գնաց դիետոլոգի մոտ խորհրդակցության և գրանցվեց պարապմունքերի: Առաջին երեք շաբաթների ընթացքում, կորցնելով 10 կգ, նա անհրաժեշտ մոտիվացիա ստացավ:
Այժմ, մեկ տարի անց, աղջկա կյանքում կա ներդաշնակություն և բավարարվածության զգացում:
«Ես նույնն եմ, – ծիծաղելով ասում է Կոնները, – ուղղակի այժմ ես ավելի երջանիկ եմ և ավելի առողջ: Երբ ես նայում եմ իմ հին լուսանկարներին, տխրում եմ այն փաստից, թե որքան սարսափելի էի ես զգում ինձ այն ժամանակ: Բայց հիմա շատ եմ հպարտանում այն աղջկանով, ով կարողացավ հաղթահարել ինքն իրեն»:
