Բնակարան ձեռք բերելու նոր հնարավորություններ․ Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ է նախապատրաստում

Կառավարության նիստին աշխատանքի և բարեկեցության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը ներկայացրել է 2020 թվականի մայիսի 14-ի որոշմամբ հաստատված՝ երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրին հավելյալ 500 մլն դրամ հատկացնելու որոշման նախագիծը:
«Անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ ծրագրի դիմելիությունը բավականին ակտիվ է, բարձր է:
Այս տարի ունեինք պլանավորված 2,4 մլրդ դրամ այս ծրագրի համար, բայց կանխատեսելով դիմումները՝ մինչև տարեվերջ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է լինելու ևս 500 մլն դրամ»,- ասել է նա:
Արսեն Թորոսյանը ներկայացրել է նաև ծրագրի ընդհանուր վիճակագրությունը՝ նշելով, որ մեկնարկից ի վեր աջակցություն է տրամադրվել 17,609 շահառուի։ Աջակցությունը տրամադրվել է երեխա ունենալու, ինչպես նաև մարզային բնակավայրերում բնակարան ձեռք բերելու կամ բնակարան կառուցելու դեպքում։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում տրամադրված աջակցության ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 13,2 մլրդ դրամ։ Ծրագիրն ընդունվել է 2020 թվականի մայիսին և նախատեսվում է ավարտել այս տարվա վերջին։
Նշվել է, որ արդեն շրջանառվում է նոր ծրագիր, որը շուտով կներկայացվի կառավարության քննարկմանը։ Այն հիմնված կլինի գործող ծրագրի տրամաբանության վրա, սակայն կներառի որոշակի փոփոխություններ, որոնք առանձնացվել են ծրագրի մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում։
«Սա կարևոր ծրագիր է ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների լուծման տեսանկյունից»,- նկատել է Արսեն Թորոսյանը՝ միաժամանակ տեղեկացնելով, որ 2026 թվականին ծրագրի շրջանակում փոխհատուցում է տրամադրվել 2,425 շահառուի։
