ՄԱԿ-ում Իսրայելին և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ին կոչ են արել լիովին պահպանել հրադադարի ռեժիմը

Իսրայելը և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը պետք է լիովին պահպանեն հրադադարի ռեժիմը և վերացնեն մարդասիրական օգնության մատակարարման խոչընդոտները։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է հումանիտար հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Թոմ Ֆլետչերը։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ երեք տարի առաջ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի և այլ զինված խմբավորումների հարձակումների հետևանքով «սպանվել և պատանդ են վերցվել խաղաղ բնակիչներ», իսկ դրան հաջորդած «Իսրայելի իրականացրած ավերիչ հարձակումները Գազայում հանգեցրել են խաղաղ բնակիչների մահվան և տեղահանման»։

«Հրադադարի հայտարարումից հետո մեկ տարի անց մարդիկ նախկինի նման զոհվում են և տեղահանվում, իսկ ընտանիքները չորրորդ ձմեռն են պատրաստվում անցկացնել վրաններում և ինքնաշեն ապաստարաններում», – նշել է Ֆլետչերը X-ում տարածված հայտարարության մեջ։

Նա Իսրայելին և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ին կոչ է արել «ամբողջությամբ պահպանել հրադադարը, պաշտպանել խաղաղ բնակիչներին, ներառյալ հումանիտար կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցներին, վերացնել օգնության ցուցաբերման ցանկացած խոչընդոտ, պահպանել միջազգային իրավունքը և ընտրել կայուն խաղաղությունը»։

2023 թ. հոկտեմբերի 7-ի վաղ առավոտյան ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի և պաղեստինյան այլ խմբավորումների զինյալները Գազայից ներխուժել էին Իսրայելի տարածք, սպանել շուրջ 1200 մարդու, 251 մարդու պատանդ վերցրել։ Իսրայելի պատասխան հարվածներից պաղեստինյան անկլավում զոհվել է ավելի քան 74 000 մարդ։

2025 թ. հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Իսրայելը և ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը, Եգիպտոսի, Կատարի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի միջնորդությամբ, համաձայնության են եկել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ներկայացրած խաղաղության պլանի առաջին փուլի իրականացման շուրջ։ Հաջորդ օրը Գազայի հատվածում ուժի մեջ է մտել հրադադարի ռեժիմը:

Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ իսրայելական ուժերը հետ են քաշվել դեպի այսպես կոչված «դեղին գիծ»՝ իրենց վերահսկողության տակ պահելով անկլավի տարածքի ավելի քան 50%-ը։ Գործարքի երկրորդ փուլը ենթադրում է իսրայելական զորքերի դուրսբերում անկլավից, միջազգային կայունացման ուժերի տեղակայում, ինչպես նաև հատվածի կառավարման նոր կառույցների աշխատանքի սկիզբ, բայց այս փուլին անցնելու համար Իսրայելը պահանջում է նախ լիովին զինաթափել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ջոկատները, ինչը մինչ օրս տեղի չի ունեցել:
