Գեղարքունիքում ձևավորված հանձնաժողովները ճշտում են քամու պատճառած վնասի չափերը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզում փետրվարի 22-ի առավոտյան գրանցված ուժեղ քամիներն էական վնասներ են պատճառել Վարդենիս քաղաքի եւ Խաչաղբյուր, Ծովակ, Լուսակունք, Լճավան, Կարճաղբյուր գյուղերի տնտեսություններին:Նախնական տվյալներով, առավել շատ վնասներ են կրել Վարդենիս քաղաքի տնտեսությունները, որտեղ քամին մասնակի կամ ամբողջությամբ տեղահան է արել ու քշել 12 առանձնատների, 3 բազմաբնակարան շենքերի, 20 օժանդակ շինությունների, Վարդենիսի պոլիկլինիկայի եւ ռազմական ոստիկանության շենքերի տանիքները: Լճավանում տուժել է 12 տնտեսություն, 26 տնտեսություն` Ծովակում, 8 տնտեսություն` Լուսակունքում, 19 տնտեսություն` Խաչաղբյուրում, 5 տնտեսություն` Կարճաղբյուրում: Վարդենիս քաղաքում, Լճավան եւ Ծովակ գյուղերում վթարների հետեւանքով ժամեր շարունակ խափանվել էր էներգամատակարարումը եւ գազամատակարարումը:

Վարդենիսի քաղաքապետ Վոլոդյա Խլոյանի, Ծովակի գյուղապետ Գարիկ Հակոբյանի եւ Լճավանի գյուղապետ Լյովա Գեւորգյանի փոխանցմամբ`փ ետրվարի 22-ի ընթացքում` մինչեւ երեկոյան ժամերը, հնարավոր է եղել վերականգնել էներգամատակարարումը եւ գազամատակարարումը, սական Ծովակի մի թաղամասում փետրվարի 23-ի առավոտյան դեռեւս  էներգետիկները ջանքեր են գործադրում վթարների վերացման ուղղությամբ:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնից ստացված տվյալներով, փետրվարի 22-ի առավոտյան ժամը 7-8-ի սահմաններում քամին ունեցել է մինչեւ 22 մետր վայրկյան արագություն, ինչը ոչ միայն տեղահան է արել տանիքները, այլ նաեւ ահաբեկել է մարդկանց: «Երբ քամին սկսեց ոռնալ ու ցնցել մեր տանիքը, պոկել շիֆերներն ու ծածկի փայտերը, վախից արագ հագնվեցինք ու վազեցինք դեպի հարեւանի տուն` այնտեղ պատսպարվելու համար: Մոտ մեկ ժամ ուժեղ քամին չէր դադարում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Ծովակ գյուղի բնակիչ Ռաֆիկ Մելքոնյանը:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Դերենիկ Հովհաննիսյանի հավաստմամբ` համայնքներում ստեղծված հանձնաժողովները Գեղարքունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության ներկայացուցիչների հետ համատեղ  գնահատում են աղետի հետեւանքով տնտեսություններին պատճառված վնասների չափերը: Կազմված ակտերը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի կողմից կներկայացվեն ՀՀ կառավարություն:
