«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2010 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ի թիվ 1734Ն և 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ի թիվ 1489-Ն որոշումների մեջ: Ներկայացվող նախագծի նպատակը թաղման նպաստի շահառուների շրջանակը նեղացնելու արդյունքում խնայված բյուջետային միջոցների հաշվին կենսաթոշակների և սոցիալական նպաստների չափերի ավելացումն է։

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է 2027 թվականի հունվարի մեկից սահմանել նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը 47000 դրամ (46000 դրամի փոխարեն), աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու համար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 34500 դրամ (34000 դրամի փոխարեն), զինվորական ծառայության ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքը՝ 2050 դրամ (2000 դրամի փոխարեն)։

Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի զինծառայողի հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի դեպքում կկատարվեն հետևյալ փոփոխությունները. ֆունկցիոնալության խորը աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար կենսաթոշակի չափը սահմանել 66000 դրամ (64600 դրամի փոխարեն), ֆունկցիոնալության ծանր աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար՝ 56200 դրամ (54800 դրամի փոխարեն), ֆունկցիոնալության միջին աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (3-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար՝ 49400 դրամ (48000 դրամի փոխարեն)։

Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի մահացած (զոհված) զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամի կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը սահմանել 49400 դրամ (48000 դրամի փոխարեն)։

Առաջարկվում է բարձրացնել նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը՝ հաշմանդամության նպաստների դեպքում պահապանելով նպաստի չափերի տարբերակումը։ Մասնավորապես առաջարկվում է սահմանել ծերության նպաստի չափը 47000 դրամ (46000 դրամի փոխարեն), ֆունկցիոնալության խորը աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար՝ 50000 դրամ (49000 դրամի փոխարեն), ֆունկցիոնալության ծանր աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար՝ 48500 դրամ (47500 դրամի փոխարեն), ֆունկցիոնալության միջին աստիճանի սահմանափակումով (3-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար՝ 47000 դրամ (46000 դրամի փոխարեն), «հաշմանդամ երեխա ճանաչված անձ» կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձի համար՝ 50000 դրամ (49000 դրամի փոխարեն)։
