Ադրբեջանն ակնկալում է միայն մեկ վերջին քայլ՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներին վերաբերող փոփոխությունների կատարում, ինչից հետո վերջնական խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը կդառնա իրականություն: Այս մասին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարել է Բաքվում կայացած CAMCA 2026 տարածաշրջանային ֆորումում, հաղորդում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հարավային Կովկասում հաստատվել են խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն, սակայն կարևոր է ապահովել դրանց կայունությունը:

Նա նշել է, որ տարիներ շարունակ շարունակվող հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը կարգավորվել է, և Ադրբեջանը դրսևորել է ռազմավարական համբերություն և առաջնորդություն:

«Մենք միշտ ասել ենք, որ հաղթել ենք պատերազմում, բայց կարևոր էր անել ևս մեկ բան՝ հաղթել խաղաղությունը: Դա իրոք չափազանց բարդ խնդիր էր, որը պահանջում էր ռազմավարական մտածողություն, համբերություն և նախագահի առաջնորդություն», – ընդգծել է նախագահի օգնականը:

Հաջիևի խոսքով՝ այժմ տարածաշրջանում դե-ֆակտո գոյություն ունի խաղաղություն:

«Ինչպես ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը, մենք ապրում ենք խաղաղության պայմաններում և նույնիսկ սովորում ենք ապրել խաղաղության պայմաններում: Մեր անկախության առաջին օրերից մենք գետնի վրա բավարար խաղաղություն չենք ունեցել: Բայց հիմա մենք ջանասիրաբար աշխատում ենք, և այսօր տարածաշրջանում դե-ֆակտո գոյություն ունի խաղաղություն: Սակայն խաղաղությունը չպետք է մնա միայն թղթի վրա», – նշել է նա:

Հաջիևը հավելել է, որ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի վերջնական կնքման համար ակնկալվում է համապատասխան փոփոխությունների կատարում Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում:

«Մենք ակնկալում ենք միայն մեկ վերջին քայլ՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներին վերաբերող փոփոխությունների կատարում: Դրանից հետո, կարծում եմ, վերջնական խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը կդառնա իրականություն», – ասել է նա:
