Բաքվից զանգվածային միգրացիա է սկսվել դեպի գյուղեր

Արժեզրկումից հետո Ադրբեջանում ներքին միգրացիայում առաջին անգամ հակառակ գործընթաց է սկսվել. եթե 1990-2000 թվականներին միգրացիան տեղի էր ունենում շրջաններից դեպի Բաքու, ապա այժմ մայրաքաղաքից վերադարձ է սկսվել շրջաններ:

Ըստ հեռուստաալիքի` այդ գործընթացի առաջին անդրադարձը երեւում է Բաքվում անշարժ գույքի շուկայում: Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաքում վարձով բնակվող քաղաքացիների մեծ մասը թողնում է բնակարանները եւ մեկնում իրենց գյուղեր:
Անշարժ գույքի գնահատման մասնագետ Ռաշադ Ալիեւի խոսքով` վերջին մի քանի ամսում մոտ 10 հազար մարդ Բաքվից վերադարձել է գյուղ:
«Չնայած հստակ վիճակագրություն չի անցկացվում, սակայն, Բաքվում 30 հազար բնակարան վարձով է տրվում: Տարվա սկզբից այդ բնակարանների 10 տոկոսն արդեն դատարկվել է», -ասել է նա` նշելով, որ վարձով բնակվող քաղաքացիները, որոնք դեռեւս որոշել են մնալ Բաքվում, քաղաքի կենտրոնից սկսել են տեղափոխվել ծայրամասեր:
Նրա խոսքով` անգամ Բաքվում բնակարան ունեցող քաղաքացիների զգալի հատվածն է տեղափոխվում գյուղեր:
Կայքը հայտնում է, որ գյուղեր եւ շրջաններ վերադաձողները Բաքվում աշխատանքը կորցրածներն են, որոնց մեջ գերակշռում են երիտասարդները: Նրանք մայրաքաղաքում աշխատում էին շինարարության, սպասարկման եւ առեւտրի բնագավառներում, որտեղ կորցրել են աշխատանքը Ադրբեջանում տիրող տնտեսական խոր ճգնաժամի պատճառով:
«Ավելի շատ Բաքվից հեռանում են հարավային եւ արեւմտյան շրջաններից եկածները: Լենքորանի եւ Ղազախի շրջան վերադարձողները հույս ունեն այնտեղ զբաղվել Իրանի եւ Վրաստանի հետ սահմանային առեւտրով: Բաքվից հեռացողների հետ մեծացել է նաեւ շրջաններում սոցիալական նպաստ ստանալ ցանկացողների թիվը: Փաստորեն, Ադրբեջանում ապաուրբանիզացիա է սկսվել, այսինքն` միգրացիա մայրաքաղաքից դեպի շրջաններ: Դա կապված է արժեզրկումից հետո Բաքվում ստեղծված գործազրկության հետ», -նշել է քաղաքի պլանավորման գծով մասնագետ Ֆուադ Ջաֆարլին:
Նրա կարծիքով` նման պայմաններում Ադրբեջանում գործազրկությունը հնարավոր կլինի մեղմել խոշոր գյուղերը ավանների վերածելու միջոցով:
«Շրջաններում գյուղատնտեսական հատվածը չի կարող բնակչությանը գործով ապահովել: Միայն մեծ գյուղերը քաղաքների վերածելուց հետո այնտեղ նոր պատվերներ եւ նոր աշխատատեղեր կբացվեն», -ասել է նա:
Վիճակագրության համաձայն` Ադրբեջանում 4200 գյուղ կա, որոնցից 581-ում է բնակչության թիվը գերազանցում 2 հազարը (մոտ 500 տուն): Ադրբեջանում ընդհանուր առմամբ 339 քաղաքատիպ բնակելի վայրեր կան: 85 գյուղեր բնակչության թվով 197 քաղաքատիպ ավաններից մեծ են:
