Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիներին հասցեագրված նամակները հանձնվեցին ՀՀ կառավարությանը

«Արցախ Միություն» ՀԿ նախագահ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիներին հասցեագրված նամակներն այսօր հանձնել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ խնդրելով  ձեռնարկել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները՝ դրանց փոխանցումն ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ գտնվող բոլոր հայերին ապահովելու համար։ 

Նամակներն ուղղված են Բաքվում պահվող 19 գերիներին, և ուղարկվել են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից: Դրանք աջակցության ու զորակցության նամակներ են: Գերիներին նամակներ գրելու կոչով հանդես էր եկել Բաքվում պահվող բարերար և մարդասեր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կինը՝ Վերոնիկա Զոնաբենդը: Նա ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր Բաքու կանանց միջազգային մարդասիրական պատվիրակության այց կազմակերպելու նախաձեռնության մասին՝ Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ բանտարկյալներին այցելելու, նրանց նամակներ, լուսանկարներ ու թույլատրելի անձնական իրեր փոխանցելու համար։

«Երկարատև կալանքի տակ գտնվող մարդկանց համար նման նախաձեռնությունը մեծ նշանակություն ունի։ Խոսքը մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքի մասին է՝ իմանալ, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում իրենց հարազատների հետ, նրանց աջակցության խոսքեր փոխանցելու հնարավորություն ունենալ և համոզվել, որ իրենք մոռացված չեն»,- հայտարարել էր տիկին  Զոնաբենդը։

Նախաձեռնության իրականացմանն աջակցելու խնդրանքով Վերոնիկա Զոնաբենդը դիմել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Սաբինա Ալիևային: Ադրբեջանական կողմից որևէ պաշտոնական արձագանք նրա դիմումին չի եղել, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ևս դեռևս հստակ պատասխան չի տրամադրել:

«Արկղը, որը հանձնելու ենք, պարունակում է 1254 նամակ՝ ուղղված բոլոր հայ գերիներին:  Այս նամակները հավաքվել են Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կնոջ՝ տիկին Վերոնիկա Զոնաբենդի նախաձեռնության շրջանակում: Քանի որ Ադրբեջանը որևէ կերպ չի արձագանքել տիկին Զոնաբենդի դիմումին, իսկ Հայաստանի կառավարությունից որևէ գործնական պատշաճ աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերվել, ինչի արդյունքում նախաձեռնությունը կյանքի չի կոչվում, «Արցախ Միությունը», ստանալով տիկին Զոնաբենդի համաձայնությունը, որոշեց այս նամակները հանձնել Հայաստանի կառավարությանը՝ նամակների փոխանցումը հասցեատերերին ապահովելու համար, քանի որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը  սահմանադրական պարտավորություն ունի պաշտպանելու հայերի և ՀՀ քաղաքացիների այդ թվում՝ բոլոր գերիների իրավունքները և ապահովելու նրանց վերադարձը»,-ասել է Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։

Նա նամակները և կից հանրագիրը պաշտոնապես փոխանցել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը:
